Divi Little Bay Beach Resort is pleased to announce an exciting refresh for Building D beginning in May 2026. Every room will be upgraded with a fresh, modern design and distinctive new touches throughout.
As significant changes have not been made to Building D since 2017, the goal of this renovation is to improve your ownership experience and ensure:
1. Quality vacations and pride of ownership for years to come.
2. It continues to meet or exceed the quality of competing resorts in St. Maarten.
3. It maintains your trading power within the Interval International and RCI exchange networks should you choose to travel to other destinations.
• Fully renovated beachfront studio and one-bedroom units, including buildings A & D
• Completed a full renovation of the Vacation Ownership Preview Gallery
• Updated restaurant furniture at Seabreeze Restaurant, pureocean Pool Bar, and Mix at Oceans
• Rebrand and menu refresh at Gizmo’s Burger Bar, plus refreshed menus across the resort
• Renovated buffet area at pureocean Restaurant
• Installed underwater sculpture park for snorkeling and dive enjoyment
• Opened Oceans at Divi Little Bay, a 98-room paradise overlooking the pureocean Pool
• Opened Mix at Oceans rooftop restaurant and bar and Slice Pizzeria near the pureocean Pool
• Added new cabanas at the Infinity Pool
• Upgraded pool and beach furniture throughout the resort
The timing of this property update is aligned with hospitality industry standards and guidelines.

This renovation project will begin May 2026 through the end of the year, and will include the following buildings: Building D
Improvements will address signs of wear and tear, include both interior and exterior updates, and enhance the resort’s eco-friendliness.
Interior Work
• All-new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash
• New kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave
• Fully refreshed bathroom with new shower tile, updated fixtures, and glass shower door
• LED vanity mirror and upgraded bathroom finishes
• New lighting throughout, including recessed and decorative fixtures
• New furniture package installed per redesigned layouts
• New artwork and décor for a refreshed, modern look
• New window treatments
• Fresh interior painting of walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
• In-suite washer and dryer
• Wall-mounted TV setup
• In-room safe
Exterior Work
• Upgraded exterior and building lighting
• New patio lighting
• New balcony sliding doors

Divi Little Bay Beach Resort will contribute to the cost of this project, but financial responsibility will also be shared among the owners, which will result in a temporary increase in operating fees. This increase will be approximately in the range of $1,300 to $2,800, and will be reflected in your next operating fee notice.
This renovation was prepared with you in mind to enhance your vacation experiences and beautify your home away from home at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. We appreciate your patience as the dedicated construction crew and resort staff work to make your vacation accommodations the most enviable in St. Maarten.
Please note that if you plan to travel while your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar unit. As always, you must pay your operating fee, including the increase, before you can travel or exchange.
