Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern membership at The Links at Divi Aruba Golf Club (the “Club”) for Divi Eagles and Links Ladies members (collectively referred to as the “Members”).
By accepting membership in either Divi Eagles or Links Ladies, each Member agrees to be bound by these Terms, as well as any rules, policies, or procedures adopted by the Club from time to time.
The Club reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at its sole discretion.
2. Membership by Invitation Only
Membership of Divi Eagles and Links Ladies is by invitation only and granted at the sole discretion of the Club. Expression of interest or participation in Club activities does not guarantee membership.
The Club reserves the right to accept or decline any prospective Member without obligation to provide justification.
3. Membership Fee
The cost of membership is US $179.00 per year.
For additional information regarding applicable golf rates, please refer to Point 10 (Golf Rates) of this document.
4. Active Membership Requirement
All Members are required to maintain an active membership status by participating regularly in Club golf activities.
Failure to play regularly may result in the Member being classified as inactive. An inactive membership may be cancelled and deactivated without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the Club.
Effective Period: November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026
Upon cancellation due to inactivity, all membership rights, privileges, and benefits shall immediately cease.
5. Membership Term and Continuation
Membership is granted on a continuing basis, subject to compliance with these Terms and continued active participation.
The Club reserves the right to periodically review membership status and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, should a Member fail to meet participation expectations or violate Club policies.
6. Conduct and Etiquette
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, sportsmanlike, and professional manner at all times while on Club property or representing the Club.
Any conduct deemed detrimental to the reputation, harmony, or objectives of the Club may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
7. Dress Code
Members and guests must always adhere to the Club’s dress code while on the golf course and practice facilities.
Acceptable attire includes:
• Golf shirts with collars or mock collars
• Golf slacks, tailored shorts or skorts
• Appropriate golf footwear
The following are not permitted:
• Denim of any kind
• Athletic shorts, swimwear, or gym attire
• T-shirts, tank tops, or clothing with offensive language or graphics
• Non-golf footwear, including sandals or flip-flops
The Club reserves the right to deny course access to any individual not in compliance with the dress code.

8. Course Rules and Regulations
Members and guests must comply with all posted course rules, local rules, safety guidelines, and pace-of-play requirements.
Players are expected to:
• Maintain proper pace of play
• Repair ball marks and replace divots
• Follow all safety signage and instructions
• Show courtesy and respect to fellow players and staff
Failure to comply may result in removal from the course or further disciplinary action.
9. Use of Club Name and Logo
The Club’s name, logo, and branding may not be used for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes without prior written authorization from the Club.
10. Golf Rates
The following golf rates apply to Divi Eagles and Links Ladies Members, subject to availability and compliance with all Club policies. Tee-time reservations are recommended.
• 18 Holes before 2:30 PM: US $43.00 for the Member and spouse/partner (valid seven days a week; must play together)
• 18 Holes after 2:30 PM: US $38.00 for the Member and spouse/partner (valid seven days a week; must play together)
• After 4:00 PM – All You Can Play: US $25.00 for the Member and spouse/partner (valid seven days a week; must play together)
11. Guest Policy
Guest rates are only applicable when the guest is a local resident. Only a valid Aruban Driver’s License or Aruban cédula will be accepted as proof of eligibility at check-in.
The Club reserves the right to deny guest rate privileges if valid identification is not presented.
Each Member may invite one (1) guest per visit, subject to course availability and Club approval.
Effective Period: November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026
12. Monthly Golf Package
Monthly Package (Monday-Sunday): US $165.00 per month.
Conditions:
• A valid yearly Divi Eagles or Links Ladies membership is required
• Packages are paid monthly
• Unlimited golf is permitted, excluding tournament days, subject to tee-time availability
• No refunds will be issued
• Package is valid for one (1) individual only and is non-transferable
• Tee-times are recommended
13. Member Benefits
The following benefits apply to Divi Eagles and Links Ladies Members, unless otherwise specified:
• GHIN Service: The GHIN service is the official handicap program used by The Links at Divi Aruba. Access to GHIN is available exclusively to active members and is activated only upon request for those interested.
• Member Shirt: Official Divi Eagles or Links Ladies member shirt available while supplies last
Retail & Dining Discount (10%): Valid on all consumption or purchases paid for by the Member, regardless of the number of people in the party, at:
• The Links Pro Shop
• Mulligan’s Golf Café
• Windows on Aruba
• Fusion Piano & Wine Bar
• Seabreeze
• Beach Bar
• PureBeach
• PureOcean
Members must present a valid government-issued ID and an official Divi Eagles or Links Ladies membership card displaying the Member’s name, club logo, and current year to receive benefits.
Benefits are valid from November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026. Promotions are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice and may not be combined with other offers.
Effective Period: November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026
14. Suspension and Termination of Membership
The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to inactivity, violation of these Terms, or conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Club.
All decisions of the Club regarding suspension or termination are final and binding.
15. Non-Transferability
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Membership privileges may not be assigned, shared, or transferred to any other individual.
16. Limitation of Liability
Members participate in all Club activities at their own risk. The Club shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in Club activities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting membership in Divi Eagles or Links Ladies, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
