GENERAL INFORMATION Thank you for your interest in Divi Carina Bay All-Inclusive Beach Resort’s Banquets Department. We kindly request that your final guarantees be confirmed one week prior to your function. The figure given will be considered your minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. Please note that the banquet space is assigned based on the number of guests expected at your event. Should the guaranteed number of guests vary from the contracted amount, we reserve the right to reassign your banquet space. In consideration of our guests, music for outdoor events is restricted and must conclude by 11:00 p.m. A 20% service charge is applicable to the total cost. Also, a Room Charge and SetUp Fee will be required for all functions depending on the number of people attending the event. The Room Rental Fee is waived if the total cost of food & beverage exceeds $4,000 per day. Banquet prices are subject to change without prior notification. The hotel will honor banquet prices for those activities with a signed agreement. There will be a $500 surcharge for events booked on holidays. The hotel will not be held responsible for items left in the hotel before or following an activity or event.
