Museum’s Spring Tea Packs Them In! The sold out 4th Annual Dawson Trail Museum Spring Tea is proving to be a popular event. The annual event strives to have a theme each year, and this one was no different. Local artists were able to show and sell their pieces to the guests at this year’s fundraiser. Additionally, the Dawson Trail MuseGuests pack the Dawson Trail Museum at one of two scheduled sittings. Volunteers and students from the richer School served beverages and dainties to a out event.

um is working on its exhibits, and volunteers were able to complete the first redesigned space in time for the event. The new exhibit focuses on the history and culture of the Dawson Trail and the Dawson Trail Heritage Tour that spans from Harrison Creek to St. Boniface, a project completed by a subcommittee under the museum board. The spring tea event also worked with the Seine River Services for Seniors who purchased a block of tickets for residents from Le Chalet in La Broquerie and Villa Youville in Ste. Anne along with providing transportation.
