Hundreds Turn Out for Canada Day in Richer
The threat of rain did not dampen the spirit of hundreds of people who took in Richer’s Annual Canada Celebration held at both the Dawson Trail Museum and the Dawson Trail Park. Following the cancellation of Canada Day events in multiple communities throughout the southeast, Richer organizers dug in their heals to ensure the event would not skip a beat. The Richer Community Club, the Richer recreation Committee, the Dawson Trail Museum, the Richer Métis Local and the Richer Fellowship Church would like to thank the volunteers and sponsors who came through again to ensure we all had a day to remember.
