At its modern facility in Landriano, the Group has developed a production hub entirely dedicated to pistachio processing, equipped with state-of-the-art roasting, pre-refining, grinding and packaging lines. With a daily production capacity of approximately 50 tons of pure pistachio paste and over 10 tons of pistachio granules, Disano is today among the leading producers in Euro-

pe within this sector.
Disano pure pistachio pastes are known for their smooth texture, natural color and intense flavor, making them ideal for high-end pastry, gelato production and the food industry. Pistachio granules, on the other hand, are synonymous with crunchiness, uniformity and natural aroma, perfect for premium decorations and inclusions.
ENERGY SUSTAINABILITY
1 MW Photovoltaic System
The Disano Group integrates industrial production with environmental sustainability through a 1,000 kW (1 MW) photovoltaic system installed at its production facility. This strategic investment strengthens energy efficiency, operational stability and long-term competitiveness.

• 1.1 - 1.25 million kWh produced annually
• Significant coverage of the company’s energy requirements
• Estimated reduction of 500-650 tons of CO2 emissions per year
• Energy equivalent to the average consumption of 350-400 households
The energy generated powers production lines, processing facilities, industrial departments and logistics structures.
A STRATEGIC INDUSTRIAL ASSET
Energy self-production enables:
• Reduced dependence on the electricity market
• Greater stability of operating costs
• Mitigation of energy price volatility
• Improved industrial margins
• In an energy-intensive sector, partial independence from the power grid represents a concrete competitive advantage.
ESG COMMITMENT
The photovoltaic system is part of a broader ESG strategy aimed at:
• Reducing environmental impact
• Optimizing production processes
• Long-term structural investments
• Responsible and sustainable growth
ENERGY FOR RESPONSIBLE GROWTH
For the Disano Group, sustainability is not an accessory element but an integral part of the industrial model.
The 1 MW photovoltaic system represents a concrete step toward a more efficient and future-oriented production system.
PISTACCHIELLA
Italian
excellence
in a cream
Among the Disano Group’s most iconic brands, Pistacchiella embodies the pure essence of pistachio transformed into a refined cream.
It is the result of a fully controlled supply chain-managed in every detail, from pistachio selection to final refining-combining pastry craftsmanship with state-of-the-art food technology.

INVESTMENTS
In 2025, the Disano Group completed a major €3 million industrial investment aimed at expanding and modernizing the production lines dedicated to spreadable creams. The project involved installing new automated systems for refining, mixing and packaging, reaching a total production capacity of
approximately 100 tons of cream per day This step forward strengthens the company’s position among Italy’s leading producers of pistachio creams and enables Disano to offer a complete range for both professional and retail markets, while maintaining the highest quality standards and full traceability.
QUALITY, INNOVATION AND CONTROL
Pistacchiella cream is made with selected pistachios sourced from the best growing areas - from Sicily to Turkey, from Iran to California - and processed using methods designed to preserve natural aroma, color and fragrance. The new production lines, fully integrated with the Disano Live digital system, allow real-ti-
me monitoring of every stage of the process: roasting, refining, mixing and packaging. The result is a cream with a velvety texture, intense aroma and authentic flavor - perfect for both artisanal use and everyday consumer enjoyment.
A BRAND THAT TELLS THE SOUL OF THE GROUP
Pistacchiella is not just a product: it is a story to be savored.
It represents the Disano Group’s vision of bringing the pleasure of pistachio to the world, reinterpreted with industrial expertise and artisanal sensibility.
Its essential design, clean communication and consistent quality make it a symbol of excellence and reliability, appreciated by consumers and professionals in many countries. With Pistacchiella, the Disano Group has not simply created a cream: it has defined a benchmark - where innovation, efficiency and passion coexist in perfect balance.

FROM SEED TO CREAM: A COMPLETE SUPPLY CHAIN
The strength of the Disano Group lies in its complete control of the supply chain.
Every stage - from the selection of pistachios to the arrival of the raw material, from processing to the finished product - is managed internally, using optical sorting technologies, advanced analysis systems, and rigorous quality controls.
This approach allows the group to offer the market consistent, reliable products of the highest quality, capable of meeting the needs of artisans, industries, and international distributors.
In every paste, in every grain, you can find the essence of Disano’s work: the pursuit of perfection through the simplicity of real pistachios.

PISTACHIO The green heart of the Disano Group
Pistachio is the green heart of the Disano Group-the raw material that best represents its history, passion and expertise. A large part of the company’s success stems from this precious fruit: an ingredient that carries the fragrance of the Mediterranean and the Italian mastery of transformation. For the Group, pistachio is not merely a raw material, but a productive and cultural mission: selecting, processing and enhancing the best that nature offers, with full respect for its origins and the people who cultivate it.
THE ORIGINS OF FLAVOR
Every pistachio tells a story of place and character.
The Disano Group carefully selects the finest harvests from the world’s most suitable growing areas, choosing varieties that ensure consistent quality, color, aroma and yield. Key origins include:
• Turkey, with the Antep variety, known for its intense aroma, bright paste and bold flavor
• Iran, renowned for its natural sweetness and distinctive aromatic profile
• Sicily, home to the most prized Mediterranean pistachio, a symbol of Italian excellence and authenticity

• California, synonymous with stability and high quality standards, ideal for confectionery and gelato industries
• Spain, the new frontier of European cultivation, where terroir and climate produce balanced pistachios with refined flavor and vivid color
• Syria, a historic pistachio region with a deep, round aromatic profile-ideal for blends and intensely flavored pastes
Each origin is selected, tested and calibrated to achieve the perfect balance of intensity, color and fragrance, with continuous controls ensuring purity, safety and full traceability.
PACKAGING FOR RETAIL AND PROFESSIONAL CHANNELS
The Disano Group’s strength also extends to packaging, with a dedicated line serving both modern retail (GDO) and the professional channel. Inside the facility, 10 automatic vertical packaging machines manage flexible formats and high-volume production. Packaging is available in sizes from 20 grams to 1 kilogram, either vacuum-packed or in
modified atmosphere, ensuring maximum freshness and extended shelf life. This system enables Disano to respond precisely to the needs of retailers, distribution chains and industrial customers, delivering packs ready for sale or for direct use in production processes.

EXPORT
Today, the Disano Group has a strong international vocation.
From Landriano-the Group’s production and technological hub-its products reach laboratories, industries and distributors in over forty countries worldwide, bringing Italian quality and authenticity across global markets.
Export currently accounts for approximately 20% of revenue and continues to grow steadily, driven by rising international demand for premium raw materials and transparent supply chains.
The Group’s goal is to double this share in the coming years, reaching 40%, through sustainable and targeted growth.
Europe remains the primary foreign market, with a solid presence in Germany, France, Spain, Greece and Poland. Disano Hispania S.L., based in Madrid, is the key reference point for development across the Mediterranean area.
At the same time, the Group is expanding in the Middle East, where pistachio and premium Italian creams are increasingly appreciated. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and Kuwait are among the most consolidated strategic partners.
Overseas expansion continues through targeted initiatives in the United States and Canada, while new projects are opening the way to collaborations in Asia and North Africa
Disano’s international strategy is not just commercial-it is also cultural: bringing Italian expertise, passion and industrial reliability to the world, adapting products to local market needs without ever compromising excellence. To further strengthen its position in North America, the Disano Group operates a logistics warehouse in Miami, enabling more efficient supply management, shorter lead times and greater competitiveness in the U.S. market.
