The Capital District Special Education Task Force Invites You to Its May 2026 Virtual Training:

Compromised Attachments and Complex Trauma May is Mental Health Month. Youth that experience trauma, especially in a young age, can experience difficulty with learning & relationships. They search to find a path that feels safe. Growth and change can be a struggle. Today’s training will explore attachment difficulties and complex trauma: what they look like, what causes them, and what considerations and strategies are needed in helping these youth find success at home, in school and in their relationships. Presenters:
