A lone pilgrim sits atop “Poggio Frassati,” in the town of Oropa, Italy – a breathtaking vantage point along the route dedicated to Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati, who often made the climb. The route is enriched with plaques that reflect a spiritual connection with the mountain.
