DAVID STRINGER PRINCIPAL
With over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, David is the Director and Principal of DJ Stringer Property Services, a leading ‘Total Real Estate Consultancy’ firm established in 2001.
Holding licenses in Queensland and New South Wales, and recognised as a Fellow Member of the Real Estate Institute of QLD, David offers comprehensive expertise in Property Sales, Valuations, Project Marketing, Development, Property Law, Commercial Leasing, Sales, and Property Management.

TAMMY STRINGER DIRECTOR/COMPANY
Tammy has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and holds the position as Director/Company Manager.
Tammy’s primary role with DJ Stringer requires her to undertake all associated responsibilities for a large trust accounting system incorporating company sales, financial administration and budgeting, as well as overseeing our large Property Management Division, with a portfolio estimated at over $1B.
Awarded 2023 ‘Employer of the year’ by Gold Coast Women in Business Awards.
Peter has been in the property industry for over 44 years (Over 10 years at DJ Stringer) and offers his clients extensive experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing, Valuations and Structured Transactions.
Peter’s experience and appointments have been in the Retail, Commercial, Residential and Industrial asset classes.
This rarely matched depth and breadth of professional experience ensure his clients are ideally positioned to leverage this knowledge to achieve outstanding results to their property needs
First licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1979, Greg has been involved with many aspects of the industry, including owning his own Real Estate Agency with his own Property Management team, being a Licensed Finance Broker and a Licensed Property Developer.
Gregs’ role as DJS Commercial Property Manager commenced in 2015 with the running of our Commercial Property Management department, befitting his extensive property, financial and legal background. He is able to identify the needs of both the owners and the tenants alike; his property development experience enables him to demonstrate a common-sense approach to any maintenance issues.
