The planned date was sabotaged by Storm Amy, and sadly two of our walkers were unable to make the rearranged date, opting instead to visit some inland water for a brief spell before the full force of the storm hit. The rest of us enjoyed a mild lovely autumnal day stopping at 4 sites along the Raiders Road. The road is a 10 mile non-metalled road through the Galloway Forest Park.
