Ingredients(for1mediumpizza/about2servings)
Forthecrust:
•200g(about1cup)cottagechee
•2eggs

•50g(about½cup)shreddedcheese(cheddarormozzarella)
•3tbspoats(orflourofyourchoice—wholewheatoralmondflo workwell)
•1pinchofsalt
•½tspbakingpowder(optional,foralightertexture)

Forthetopping(example—feelfreetocustomize):
•3tbsptomatosauceorpuree
•50g(½cup)shreddedmozzarella
•3–4slicesofhamorcookedchicken
•½bellpepperorafewolives
•Driedoreganoorbasilforflavor
• Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / 375°F
or about 20 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden.
3. Add the toppings:
• Spread tomato sauce over the baked crust.
• Add your toppings (ham, vegetables, etc.) and sprinkle with mozzarella and oregano.
4. Bake again:
• Return to the oven for another 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden .

• Cut the chicken breasts into thinner slices or strips for faster cooking.
2. Make the honey mustard sauce:
• In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
3. Marinate (optional):
• Toss the chicken in the sauce and let it sit for 10 minutes.
• If short on time, you can cook immediately.
4. Cook the chicken:
• Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
• Cook the chicken strips 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
5. Optional finishing touch:
• For a richer sauce, add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp water to the pan in the last minute and coat the chicken.
