Amanda Horney is an importer of fresh produce and has served as the Business Development Manager at London Fruit since October 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas Pan American. She currently serves on the Texas International Produce Association IN BLOOM Women in Produce Committee, TIPA Lime Committee, and was honored as one of Produce Business' 40 Under 40 in 2023. Additionally, she is an engaged member of the Living Hope Church of Viburnum and enjoys tending to her solar-powered hobby farm alongside her husband and daughter. Amanda was recently awarded the prestigious Freida Rapoport Caplan Family Business Scholarship and will head to Washington, DC, in mid-September to meet with our congressional members to discuss the current 2023 Farm Bill.
