Where do I start with this letter to the future homeowners? This house has meant the world to our family. My wife and I started our life here together over 7 years ago. It was special, we were two young professionals, and this was the perfect home for us. Fast forward 7 years later and we’re still here. We could never leave it. Two years later, we brought our firstborn son home. We couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else. We loved this home so much, we decided to then invest a lot into it. Updating the exterior first, then the kitchen, and finally all 3 bathrooms. We said goodbye to our first two dogs here, but later on welcomed two new dogs into the family. The fenced in backyard did the trick for our beloved four-legged companions over the years. In 2019, we welcomed our second son into the home, and it continued to be the rock that our family needed it to be. That same year, we built our amazing screened in back porch along with grilling deck off the backside of it. We have gotten so much use out of the porch. Spacious enough to have an outdoor dining table and outdoor wicker furniture set. Also equipped with a mounted tv. Many weekends have been spent watching football games and grilling out. It’s the perfect outdoor entertaining area. We have loved entertaining family and friends throughout the years in this home. It’s certainly set up for it. Medearis is a very loving neighborhood and all the neighbors will certainly welcome you with open arms. We always look forward to the annual Fall Festival, Christmas party, and luminaries on Christmas Eve. You’ll enjoy countless hours of outdoor fun here.
