This project focuses its creative perspective on the lack of entertainment activities for the elderly in China in the post-epidemic era. The project makes the full use of game arcade equipment as a media carrier to enrich the lives of the elderly with game content suitable for them in order to enlighten their spiritual world. Traditional arcade industry has been hit hard due to the austerity policy of the epidemic, which left many game machines idle. Based on this circumstance, this project will transform the game consoles for the elderly and design game activities that the elderly can play spontaneously in elderly activity areas. The project aims to get rid of old people’s fear of the technology product, and also to improve their physical fitness, so that the elderly can also enjoy entertainment of the young.
