During the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, life became so depressing. Locked down at home, days blended into each other with monotonous regularity. With little to do and nowhere to go, I found myself trapped in a cycle of boredom and restlessness. As the weeks stretched on, the walls of my home seemed to close in, and the silence became deafening.
Desperate for an escape from the bore life of quarantine life, I turned to my computer for making mind busy. Getting the various of options, PUBG caught my eye—a virtual battleground where adrenaline and excitement awaited. I hesitated at first, unsure if it would provide the distraction I desperately craved. But as I entered the virtual world, I felt a surge of exhilaration coursing through my veins.
Hours melted away as I immersed myself in the game, navigating treacherous landscapes and engaging in fierce battles with players from around the globe. The thrill of victory and the revenge of defeat became my constant companions, helping me to go all day playing it and enjoying it. I started playing the PUBG tournaments too and also gained the victory in t2 level championships.
How I took online gaming
Yet, as the days turned into weeks, addiction to PUBG began to rise more . The once-exciting escapade now felt so fun , and I found myself yearning for something more. It was then that inspiration struck a bold idea that promised adventure and excitement beyond the confines of my screen.
With newfound determination, I set out on a quest unlike any other. Armed with nothing but my wits and a hunger for adventure, and also made my friends circle to play the game then I entered into the world of online streaming. Broadcasting my gaming sessions to an eager audience, I also did gathered some following, turning my hobby into a lucrative source of little income through missions in the game given by the viewer and their super chats. I started streaming my live game playing with my friends making a squad and also earned a bit of revenues. As, all the social medias were actively on the verge of high usage. I also started streaming the game and posting my gameplay on TikTok as it was one of the most used internet source during the 2020 pandemic , so due to the high usage I was getting views and a bit known gamer in my areas and I started making game part of my daily life and according to report the average watching of videos per minute by the users was 167 million during the 2020 pandemic

Caught up in the of addiction and excitement, I had neglected my health, pushing my body beyond its limits. Ignoring the warning signs, I pressed on, playing the games lying on the gaming chair and bed with the negligence in consumption of daily meals. I was on the dream of being a famous gaming streamer but fate had a different for me and various symptoms of my health started to rise which was due to skipping meals having junk foods and less water.
And due to facing a lots of health issues I then went to consult with my doctor as I used to get a worse pain in the side of my stomach and later doctor discovered that I had the kidney stone developed in my body due to carelessness and consuming more junk foods and daily laying mot concerning on exercises. So after all those dreams were vanished and I had to go through the operation and lying down with full rest for 3 months.
In the silence with full of sadness and dreams broken I then was thinking of quitting game as a regular gamer and then focusing on my study with the full priority on my health. As, I knew during that time noting is more valuable than owns health I went so deep in gaming tournaments and streaming PUBG mobile I harmed my health and I have the worst feeling about that thing as I had to go through a lot during the period of my kidney stone.
AFFECT ON MY EDUCATION
AS due to effect on my health I could not attend my online class for 1 and half months and extra 1 month I was not able to attend my physical classes as they started. The addiction of gaming during quarantine had already affected my studies as I was not much more into online classes. I was on the way of failing my courses and was getting tensed on not getting good grades. I could not attend the classes properly and as a result I got failed in my terminal exam and had to give them again. I then had to go through very hard time and I do blame myself for being so unaware on my health and getting addicted on online games.
My education was harmed very much which I had to cover a lot for my final term. So I took help from my friends and various other online sources utilizing the technology in more proper way to improve my education. As I do not totally blame the game it was myself too and moreover the lockdown period which caused to have boring times and pushed me through the online games which I then dreamt bigger from that than I was thinking during I started. During the pandemic not only me allover the global education system was affected as it harmed 1.5 billions students worldwide due to the closure of schools and colleges

As, the pandemic brought government institutions to the forefront, tasked with navigating unprecedented challenges and safeguarding public health. From implementing lockdown measures to rolling to vaccination campaigns, governments relied heavily on technology to manage the crisis. Mainly during the time in covid when I got hospitalized I was concerned about when will the quarantine ends I wanted to have outside life feel fresh where I would feel peace and happiness felling nature to get my stress relived. Government implemented lockdown measures with the help of famous Facebook page named as ROUTINE OF NEPAL BANDA. During the pandemic the Facebook to had made its huge growth in the online news and marketing. The popular Facebook page used to give the update on pandemic and I used to get updated on every news related to covid. As, the page was more followed by the youths it also encouraged the youths on following the quarantine measures and its updates.
Digital communication channels also emerged as vital tools for transferring information and keeping transparency between governments and citizens. As technology helped a lot during the period. The study also shows that more transferring of covid was the reason of high traffic as numerous numbers of people were travelling from a place to another which caused it to spread faster mainly data in Canada tells high air traffic in the country is was the increasing number of covid victims in
