01 INFILL HOUSING
Savannah, Georgia
Organized around a clear modular grid that shapes both its structure and façade expression. Alternating brick and wood panels create a rhythmic pattern that reflects interior functions while responding to privacy and urban context. Wooden louvers align with larger openings in public living areas, providing shading and enclosure, while smaller recessed windows define more private zones.
The ground floor activates the street with a public café and residential lobby, establishing a dynamic transition between city and home. Above, one- and two-bedroom units are arranged across three levels, and a walkable rooftop offers shared green space and panoramic views.

04 BRICKELL ATHLETIC CLUB
DESCRIPTION
This mixed-use tower integrates retail, athletic, and residential programs into a vertically layered urban environment. The building is organized through stepped terraces and courtyard voids that enhance daylight, ventilation, and community interaction. Athletic and water-focused amenities activate the lower levels, while residential floors rise above, creating a balanced transition from active public space to private living. A comprehensive environmental strategy, including green walls, greywater reuse, geothermal columns, heliostat daylighting, and passive cooling systems, reduces energy demand while strengthening the building’s connection to climate and context. The project operates as both an urban wellness hub and a sustainable residential community.
