Eight storeys: Development plans for Devonport revealed The Devonport village skyline would be radically altered under plans for buildings up to eight storeys high in Peninsula Capital’s proposed $400-million-plus “Devonport Lanes” development. The project comprises four new residential buildings and one hotel, delivering around 80–90 apartments and 46-50 hotel rooms, according to a master plan obtained by the
Devonport Flagstaff. The development, spreading across various sites in the village owned by Peninsula Capital, includes 5386sqm of commercial and retail floor area, and 2319sqm “of “adaptively reused and refurbished heritage buildings on Victoria Rd”. “Each building is envisaged to have its own identity, supporting a diverse range of
