iMONITOR3 FEATURES. For maximum economic efficiency. A great number of functions are already activated in the iMonitor as a standard. In addition, SDF also offers functions for the most exacting requirements.
AUTO-TURN Auto-Turn allows DEUTZ-FAHR machines to perform automatic turns on the headland. You as the driver can decide which track to steer into. Additionally, different patterns are available – whether you want to skip lines or fill plots. Apart from the added convenience, this is also gentle on the headland, makes follow-up runs very simple and even saves time!
XTEND The standard version of the iMonitor already features a large number of functions. XTend is available for users who would like a larger display area. It can be used to easily connect external devices such as tablets to the iMonitor using a WLAN connection. The XTend app can be used to either display the track guidance or for full control of all ISOBUS-UT functions. This makes XTend a very cost efficient alternative to a second terminal! Another benefit: the WLAN connection allows the tablet to be taken outside of the cab, e.g. when conducting a calibration test on a seed drill.
REMOTE SUPPORT Do you require quick support, e.g. for using functions directly on the machine? No problem with Remote Support. Your local dealership can simply connect to the iMonitor with your permission and support you with optimising the settings.
The auto turn function can be activated on request. Automatic turning procedures increase convenience, save time and are gentle on the headland.

SC10. The receiver for the manual steering system.
PRECISE WORKING. Electric steering wheel motor for maximum accuracy.
The Visual Guidance 50 is designed for machines with integrated iMonitor. The VG 50 expands the monitor with the SC10 receiver. This allows all standard functions included in the iMonitor to be used, in addition to manual track guidance. • Easy to install on machines with iMonitor • Easy to upgrade on machines with iMonitor • Access to many functions of the iMonitor, e.g. Section Control, Variable Rate Control • Correction services: Autonom/Glonass Entry level for track guidance.
SRC40. The receiver for the automatic steering system. The SRC40 is not only a GNSS receiver, but also includes the entire control technology for the automatic steering system. This makes the SRC40 much more than a complete steering unit. The modular structure deserves a special mention, i.e. depending on the desired correction service, the components in the receiver can simply be upgraded: IMU: 3-axis gyroscope for detecting slopes on hills Modem: For receiving RTK-NTRIP correction data
The AES35 from SDF is an electric steering wheel motor which is designed for upgrading steering systems. Combined with our GNSS receivers SRC40 and SR20 as well as the iMonitor3, we offer a complete steering system with excellent integration. The new functional design ensures that the steering wheel motor fits perfectly into any cab. The optional electric AES35 steering wheel motor can already be installed in the following models at the factory: • C7000 und C9000 • Series 6120-6140 Of course the steering wheel motor can also be installed on machines which were not prepared for the steering option at the factory. The AES35 easily achieves the same steering performance as a hydraulic system. The steering wheel motor can be combined with the SRC40 receiver and our iMonitors. Accuracy levels up to 2.5 cm (depending on the correction signal), low speeds < 500 m/h can be managed with ease. Active steering can even be used during reversing! With its

nearly silent, directly driven high torque electric motor, the AES35 is a first rate solution for a number of machines, e.g. on tractors and combine harvesters. It is also operated through the iMonitor – whether 8" or 12", which means perfect system integration. Another benefit of the steering wheel motor is that it can be used very flexibly. Changeovers from machine to machine take only a few steps. Speak to your sales partner – it is very easy to retrofit an older machine!
Perfect integration (can be combined with iMonitor) Easy changeover from machine to machine in a few steps Maximum steering precision up to 2.5 cm, depending on the correction signal Also designed for very low speeds
As all components are integrated into the housing, it is very easy to change the receiver over from one machine to another. This makes it very easy to change vehicles, as the changeover takes only a few minutes! The following correction signals can be received by the SRC40: • Egnos, accuracy 20 cm, not repeatable, free of charge • TopNet Global D, accuracy 8 cm, not repeatable, license required • RTK, accuracy 2.5 cm, license required
The receiver can be used for automatic track guidance with both models of iMonitor3 (8" or 12"). Perfect integration of the applications in the monitor therefore makes operation very convenient.
SR20. Automatic steering system for the next generation. The SR20 is a new GNSS receiver. As the SRC40, this is designed for automatic steering systems. The housing contains the pitch module for detecting any fluctuations as a standard (3-axis gyroscope). The CTM with the integrated e-SIM card is provided for using RTK-NTRIP correction data. SR20 receives the same correction signals as SRC40.

ISOBUS. Highest compatibility with all leading implement suppliers. The ISOBUS interfaces at front and rear make the tractor compatible with the attachments from all renowned manufacturers. The basis for this is the ISO 11783 standard. Regardless of which implement combinations are used – the control screens for the attachments are shown on the iMonitor3. The driver can control all implements individually on a single monitor. This provides maximum work comfort and improves the all-round view. As an AEF core member, all SDF components are AEF certified, including the ISOBUS interfaces. They provide the prerequisites for additional integrated functions such as the automatic section control or the automatic tractor implement control. This ensures maximum compatibility for our customers.

Universal Terminal AUX-N TC-SC with up to 200 sections TC-GEO TIM-ready
Electronics make agricultural machinery safer, more powerful, more precise and more efficient. ISOBUS simplifies communication between tractor and attachment as a plug-and-play solution: only one terminal for a large selection of implements, regardless of manufacturer. All signals such as speed, position of the lower links or PTO speed are available for each implement in a standardised format. Communication between implement and field records is standardised with ISO-XML and therefore simplified. ISOBUS is a core task of AEF. The new AEF certification label states that ISOBUS components comply with the ISO 11783 standard and also with the supplementary AEF guidelines. Six abbreviations in small squares symbolise the functionalities. Detailed information about the certified product are stored in the AEF database at www.aef-isobus-database.org.
Standardised interface between tractor and attachment (ISOBUS 11783).

The iMonitor as the central control unit includes all ISOBUS functions.
ISOBUS. AEF certified functionalities. The ISOBUS functions allow you to access a terminal for controlling different implements from different manufacturers, making the application more convenient as well as more precise, more powerful and more efficient. The automatic section control with up to 200 sections or the variable spreading quantity control ensures that fertilisers and nutrients are spread with precision – in the right place, at the right time and in the correct quantity. As a core member, SDF is AEF certified.
UT Any attachment can be controlled with the Universal Terminal in the iMonitor. In full screen mode, the UT can be shown across the entire screen size.
AUX-N With Auxiliary Control (new), function buttons on the armrest are used to control the attachment. In addition to the MaxCom joystick, the joystick buttons are also available. Depending on the installed options, this provides up to 10 controllable functions. In addition, the iMonitor offers an additional 9 soft keys for free assignment. Really convenient: steering system functions, such as steering activation, can also be assigned to the buttons.
ISOBUS control of the connection between front and rear attachments make the tractor an even more efficient work tool!

AUX-N assignment: depending on features, up to 10 functions can be assigned on the armrest and 9 additional functions in the monitor.
TC-GEO. Processing of an application map is included in the 12" iMonitor3 as a standard!
TC-GEO Additionally offers the option of recording or planning location-related data. The iMonitor3 (12") can process application maps, for example. Our combine harvesters can generate yield maps in combination with the Yield Trak system.
TC-BAS Documents total values which are useful with regard to the work performed. The values are provided by the implements. The data exchange between the field record files and the Task Controller uses the ISO-XML data format. This makes it easy to import jobs into the Task Controller and / or later export the finished documentation again.
TC-SC This automatically sets sections for the attachment (e.g. pesticide sprayer, fertiliser spreader, seed drill or hoe) depending on GPS position and overlap. The iMonitor3 can easily work with up to 200 sections!
TECU The tractor ECU is the “job computer” of the tractor. Information such as speed or PTO speed are provided centrally here. In addition, a device socket on the rear of the tractor and a terminal socket in the cab are required for certification of this function.
TIM Communication in two directions. Information can be transferred from the attachment to the tractor. An attachment can use the Tractor Implement Management System (TIM) to automatically control certain tractor functions. This includes: driving speed, control valves, linkage, PTO. SDF tractors have been TIM ready for some time and have already been tested with many attachments. Speak to your sales partner!
