PERFECT OUTLOOK. The MaxiVision 2 cab. Better work comfort. Greater success. The unique comfort of the MaxiVision 2 cab is already evident from the outside. When it comes to ease of use and ergonomics, the new Series 7 sets the benchmark and makes many tasks easier for the driver. The new InfoCentrePro in the steering console is equipped with a 5" colour display, continuously providing the driver with the current operating information. The settings and the displayed information can easily be adapted to the driver’s requirements. For stress-free and precise working in all light conditions, the tractor can optionally be equipped with a 40,000 lm LED light package. All is quiet on the inside. Engine noise, vibrations and heat stay outside because cab and bonnet are separated. The interior design in friendly, light colours additionally reduces stress, as do the large windows and the sunroof, which is available in three versions: as an easy-open polycarbonate sunroof, as a glass roof with 84 % UV radiation absorption and as a sturdy safety version for optimum view of the front loader. The air conditioning unit with automatic function is extremely quiet and the unusually large number of vents for this tractor class ensure exceptionally even air distribution. Every detail of the MaxiVision 2 cab is designed so the driver can work stress-free and therefore with maximum productivity for long periods.

INTUITIVE FOR MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY. Automated functions and relaxed operation. 10 - OPERATION
The redesigned armrest makes operation of the Series 7 even more relaxed and intuitive. All routine functions can be automated. Simply select the desired basic setting and reactivate at the press of finger. The new, highly ergonomic MaxCom joystick is used to control driving speed, direction of travel, Comfortip, and the linkages as well as for recalling cruise control speeds. Intuitive, without changing hand position or thinking long.
All controls are clearly marked with colours and are logically arranged according to their frequency of use. The driver has full control of the new Series 7 at all times and can work at a high level of productivity for a very long time.

Productivity requires technical solutions which only reach their full efficiency when they are perfectly coordinated. The new Series 7 is the perfect example.

GREEN AT HEART. Productivity boost through efficiency. The engine of the new Series 7 was completely revised with regard to exhaust technology and cost efficiency. The new Deutz 6.1 engine not only meets emissions stage V, it also has a better response, offers a greater torque reserve and starts up with a higher torque. At the same time, fuel and AdBlue consumption were reduced by 5 % compared to the previous model. The new exhaust system is equipped with SCR exhaust treatment and SCR exhaust treatment and an additional, passive diesel particle filter (DPF). Compared to conventional active filters, the passive DPF offers three advantages: no fuel injection in the filter, lower heat generation and significantly faster regeneration of the filter. That saves fuel and therefore money and ensures compliance with all international emissions standards.

Engine efficiency is supported by the electronic viscous fan and the compact patented high performance cooling system. The radiator unit can be opened fully to greatly facilitate maintenance. The air is cleaned before it enters the air filter, which significantly reduces service work. The Deutz 6.1 engine with emissions stage V – a prime example of modern technology made in Germany – is synonymous with maximum know-how and outstanding economy, so you can achieve the best results.

Maximum productivity is the result of a precise transmission of forces and exact working speeds. The new Series 7 is equipped with state of the art continuously variable TTV transmission technology. A solid basic concept which has proven successful for many years, with new software for even better handling. DEUTZ-FAHR is the only manufacturer that can offer a 60 km/h tractor in such a compact design. All top speeds (40 km/h, 50 km/h or 60 km/h) are reached at reduced engine speed and are therefore extremely fuel saving. Overall, a speed range from 0.2 to 60 km/h is covered. For field work, the TTV transmission operates with maximum efficiency at all speeds.
Thanks to the four mechanical, automatically shifting groups, the highly comfortable TTV transmission is extremely efficient. Engine and transmission management are fully integrated. The mechanical shifting stages are changed automatically. Up to four driving speeds can be stored for optimising the work process. Driving with a trailer on hilly terrain becomes even safer with trailer stretch mode, as trailer and tractor are controlled independently. Every single detail of the TTV transmission system was designed to maximise productivity of the Series 7.

20 - AXLES AND BRAKES
The suspension concept of the front axle and the brake system of the Series 7 are unique in this tractor class. The intelligent and adaptive suspension system give the new Series 7 maximum stability – for heavy towing and for pushing tasks. The innovative anti-dive system stabilises the tractor during all transport tasks and increases safety. To further improve safety when driving on uneven terrain, the suspension cylinders were mounted at the front side of the axle.
The 7 Series is the only standard tractor to feature optional dry high performance disc brakes on the front axle. An additional brake booster system guarantees the highest possible braking power with the lowest pedal pressure. No other standard tractor can offer a heavy duty front axle, dry disc brakes in combination with the booster brake system, and more safety, especially at higher speeds. This allows even large and heavy implements to be carried on public roads.
AXLES AND BRAKES - 21
The productivity of a tractor depends directly on the attachments which can be used. The objective is to reduce overruns through larger and heavier implement combinations. This is where the new Series 7 shows its strength without compromise.
SERIES 7 TTV - 23
YOUR PERSONAL POWERHOUSE. Attachment points with powerful, state of the art hydraulic system. The new Series 7 offers hydraulics technologies which were previously available only in tractors from higher performance classes. Up to five hydraulic control valves are located at the rear, which the front is equipped with two valves. The absolute highlight is that all valves can be proportionally controlled. The new hydraulics system of the Series 7 allows a position-controlled front linkage to be attached. High-tech which was previously only available in the Series 9. The lifting capacity is an impressive 5,480 kg. In addition, the implements are much closer to the tractor thanks to the new front linkage concept, which significantly increases the lifting power and provides better balance. An ISOBUS interface is also integrated into the front attachment point. The hydraulic pump delivers 120 l/min as a standard or 160 l/min on request. The load sensing system is part of the standard features. A separate pump supplies the steering, so that the work hydraulics are not affected. The rear lifting capacity is 10,000 kg. With the rear PTO speeds (540ECO / 1000 / 1000ECO) and 1000 or 1000ECO at the front, any task can be completed efficiently. Thanks to the high performance potential in the low engine speed range, the ECO PTOs can be activated more frequently, which significantly reduces fuel consumption and noise emissions. All hydraulic and PTO functions can be conveniently set and controlled on the multi-function armrest in the cab.

CONNECTED FARMING SYSTEMS. Precision is the basic prerequisite for productivity. Connected Farming Systems combines a large number of digital solutions for efficient and comfortable operation of tractors and combine harvesters. This includes reliable, automatic high precision track guidance systems, ISOBUS applications, data management and fleet management. The iMonitor3 is at the core of the operation of most applications – it is the central, user friendly control element.
Modern steering systems save resources, increase convenience and productivity and ensure reliable precision. You can rely on high reliability even in difficult working conditions such as fog or night time. Satellite navigation provides the basis for this. You can choose the system that best suits your operation.
Optimise operations. Increase efficiency. The connectivity solutions from SDF keep you connected at all times. It allows convenient managing of relevant data. The BTM (Basic Telematic Module) is the entry level for transmission of tractor data. Telemetry data are sent to e.g. a smartphone via a Bluetooth connection. All relevant data can be called up with an app. In the Pro version, the CTM (Communication Telematic Module) transfers the data directly to the office over the Internet using an integrated e-SIM card.

Data Management Efficient data management is becoming increasingly important for optimising work processes. SDF uses standard file formats for reliable data exchange so customers can keep an overview at all times and data are transferred in a coordinated manner. With the agrirouter, we offer a universal data exchange platform that allows farmers and contractors to exchange data between machinery and agricultural software applications from a wide range of manufacturers. The agrirouter simplifies data exchange and therefore work processes, reduces office work and improves economic efficiency.

ISOBUS Electronics make agricultural machinery safer, more powerful, more precise and more efficient.
