POWERFUL FARMOTION 35 ENGINE
State-of-art FARMotion engine with electronically controlled Common Rail injection, specifically designed for agricultural purposes. The strict requirements of Stage V standards are fulfilled with a simple after-treatment system that does not require the use of additional fluids (such as AdBlue).
Thanks to careful installation of the exhaust after-treatment by DEUTZ-FAHR engineers, the overall dimensions of the tractor are the same of the predecessor models, keeping their well appreciated agility and visibility.
SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE
All 5 DF Keyline models comes equipped with 4WD front axle with brakes. This allows a true 4-wheel braking that enhances the driving safety both in flat or hilly roads. As an option, a separate brake logic valve is also available.
ERGONOMICAL CONTROLS
5 DF Keyline feature a low-profile centre tunnel and comfortable controls, while DEUTZ-FAHR’s tried and tested colour-coded control scheme lets the driver identify controls immediately and intuitively with no guesswork.
COMPLETE GEARBOX
The models of Series 5 DF Keyline can be equipped with a wide choice of mechanical transmissions, ranging from a 4-gear 8+8 up to a 5-gear 30+15 with splitter and creeper. All transmissions have a top speed of 40 km/h.
POWERFUL MECHANICAL REAR LIFT
Available as two versions differing in geometry and maximum lift capacity (2700 kg for the Compact variant and 3050 kg for the Standard lift), the hydraulic rear lift features the well-known DEUTZ-FAHR Automatic Control Station offering precision and requiring even less effort to operate using the mechanical control levers.
With the Series 5 DF Keyline, DEUTZ-FAHR offers the ideal specialist tractor for fruit growers and plantation owners looking for functionality, simplicity and low cost of ownership. The 5 DF Keyline range includes two models from 65 to 75 HP that stand out for their total safety and easy-to-use, thanks to the tried-and-tested four-wheel brake system and the rationally and ergonomically laid-out mechanical controls. The Series 5 DF Keyline has been conceived to minimise low running costs, and offers excellent value for money with superior build quality, state-of-the-art design and complete compliance with Stage V emissions regulations, with a combined DOC+DPF exhaust after-treatment system that does not require the use of AdBlue. Thanks in part to a turbo engine with intercooler, four- or fivespeed transmission and a top speed of 40 km/h and a rear lifting capacity of up to 3050 kg on standard models, 5 DF Keyline tractors not only offer great equipment at a low price, but are also the optimum tractor for all job profiles - even outside the orchards and fruit plantations.

The 5 DF Keyline models feature powerful FARMotion 35 engines with high torque and turbo with intercooler. Electronic controlled Common Rail injection system - that can reach 2000 bar – together with viscostatic fan form an impressive suite of technological solutions for optimising combustion efficiency to maximise performance while minimising fuel consumption. The new preheat system, on the other hand, ensures dependable, quick engine starts even in the coldest weather. Just like the higher power models in the DEUTZ-FAHR family, maximum engine speed is just 2200 rpm, while the 80 model boasts a torque reserve of 28%. Compliance with Stage V emissions regulations is attained with a combined after-treatment system with an external cooled EGR circuit, a DOC catalytic converter and a passive DPF filter, which requires neither AdBlue nor the use of additional fuel.
The entire layout of the exhaust after-treatment system has been optimised by DEUTZ-FAHR’s engineers to keep the bonnet profile as low as possible. In addition to that, the remarkably compact FARMotion 35 engine contributes to the excellent manoeuvrability of the tractors of the Series 5 DF Keyline by allowing for generous steering angles. The models are fitted as standard with engine speed memory function. This function allows saving and recalling an engine speed by simply pressing a button and is very useful when working with PTO-driven implements.

Equipped for every task.
There is a choice of four synchronised gearboxes for efficient power transmission, ranging from the simple four-speed gearbox (8+8) or five-speed gearbox (10+10) to the five-speed gearbox with three transmission groups, including creeper gear (15+15) and splitter (30+15). All four configurations are highly efficient solutions with fully-synchronised shifting, geared for a top speed of 40 km/h. Tractors equipped with the supercreeper gear are capable of working at ground speeds of just 230 metres per hour at maximum engine speed in the lowest gear. You can choose the PTO equipment, opting for 540 rpm or a 540/540ECO rpm. The PTO is mechanically controlled using a dry clutch allowing for smooth, progressive engagement and disengagement. 5 DF Keyline models can also be equipped with a ground speed PTO, that is mandatory when using the tractor with driven axle trailers. The 5 DF Keyline therefore has the ideal equipment for all tasks and is able to make a significant contribution to the growth of your business. All 5 DF Keyline models are equipped with 100% differential lock, independent steering pump and a four-wheel brake system with wet disc brakes and a separate brake logic valve. This guarantees the highest braking effect and maximum safety.

Only with a high-performance rear power lift and hydraulic system can a tractor be a truly efficient and universal piece of equipment. For many years, DEUTZ-FAHR has been well known for its rear lifts, which stand out for their precision, simple operation and maximum efficiency. The 5 DF Keyline models have two different rear configurations of threepoint hitch: the standard version with a lifting capacity of 3050 kg and the compact version with a lifting capacity of up to 2700 kg. With the compact version, the new 5 DF Keyline reaches a minimum width of only 1325 mm in the rear, with 320/85 R24. The mechanical lifting control ensures precision when attachments are in use. The hydraulic pump supplies two or three mechanical control valves with a flow rate of 42 l/min or 50 l/min. For steering, there is a separate pump to guarantee light steering, even when using the working hydraulics or at low engine revs. For safe transport operations and road transfer an hydraulic Dual Mode trailer brake is also available as option.

// DRIVER POSITION
Conceived to be easy to use and comfortable.
You should not make any compromises when it comes to working conditions and driver well-being. With that in mind, with all 5 DF Keyline models you can simply get in, drive off and feel good. The driver’s seat with a broad range of spring stiffness settings and seating position, thanks to low central tunnel, are extremely comfortable. All operating and driving details are clearly displayed on the analogue-digital InfoCentre. As a result, the driver always has an eye on everything. The gear change levers and other controls are within easy reach, colour-coded and intuitively arranged according to their frequency of use. This guarantees easy operation even after many hours of work. The 2-post ROPS can be folded down in order to minimise tractor height and increase its agility in orchards, especially when working under tree branches.
