Florian Nagler hat für sein Gartenhaus in München eine eigene Holz-Lehm-Decke entwickelt, die mit 32 cm Gesamtstärke schlanker ist als vergleichbare Konstruktionen. Diese Einsparung an Konstruktionshöhe ermöglichte, dreigeschossig zu bauen und die versiegelte Grundfläche so gering wie möglich zu halten. Der Lehm in der Holzdecke bringt durch seine Masse einen verbesserten Schallschutz, speichert Luftfeuchtigkeit und schützt durch die Speicherung der kühlen Nachtluft vor sommerlicher Überhitzung. Der Abstand der Holzbalken ist so eng gewählt, dass die kleinformatigen Lehmsteine nicht statisch beansprucht werden. Dadurch ist keine Zulassung im Einzelfall erforderlich. For this project exclusively, Florian Nagler designed a timberloam ceiling. At 32 cm, its thickness is lower than for comparable structures. The resulting savings in construction depth allowed creating a three-storey building and keeping the extent of soil sealing as low as possible. The loam applied to the timber ceiling enhances soundproofing due to its mass. It also absorbs humidity and protects interiors from summertime overheating by storing nighttime air coolness. The spacing between timber beams is minimal in order to prevent structural loads from impacting the loam blocks. This avoids the need for specific, case-by-case approval.
