Because if we want to make a difference for others and keep making a difference, we need to keep telling our story and developing the way in which we work with people. We do this through training at our CoastZone Academy.

The goal is for employees to understan and practise CoastZone's core philosophy and develop personally based on team goals and the needs of the business world.
MINDSET AND BEHAVIOUR TRAINING, FRAMEWORKS AND EXERCISES
Personal hunger for development is a requirement for all employees. Through employment,we expect our employees to strive for learning in the form of knowledge and practical experience. At CoastZone Academy, we provide experienced instructors and qualified training to expand your personal toolbox and create a foundation for development. Here we provide training in mindset and behaviour, frameworks and exercises.
The Academy's instructors are passionate and solution-oriented with a wide range of expertise in team and talent development. All courses and training programmes are based on recognised theories and well-documented methods that are executed in the active learning form, Experiential learning. CoastZone's way and mindset has been shaped and refined through 20 years of practical work.
Each programme meets CoastZone's own quality requirements, which form the basis for the standards of the Danish Association for Teambuilding and Leadership Training. All certifications follow international guidelines and requirements.
160 affiliated instructors, programme managers and consultants across Denmark. They have different educational backgrounds and a shared passion for creating movement in people.
DIS
GOAL
DIS/CREADIS wanted to bring the Danish organisation together, dive deeper into leadership principles and create meaningful shared experiences through active learning and team building. The main criterion of success was for all participants to have a good time together, participate in joint activities and get to know each other better.
SOLUTION
DIS/CREADIS chose a total solution that included a corporate event from A-Z with CoastZone in charge of the full planning, coordinating, development and execution of the three-day event. It was an "easy" way to ensure a coherent and well-executed event where HR and management were "only" involved in decisions and not the actual roll-out and execution. HR and management could participate on an equal footing with other employees. All in all, easy, safe and convenient for the customer.
RESULT
After the event, CoastZone and the customer conducted an evaluation where the event scored 9 out of 10 on a 10-point scale. A great score with so many participants and different content elements. All 280 participants were extremely satisfied with the programme, venue and duration, which was well adapted to balance time with work and personal life.

GOAL
This is the first time that we are bringing Nykredit DCI together across the locations in Warsaw, Aalborg and Copenhagen. It is therefore important that it is an engaging and rewarding experience that makes a difference.
SOLUTION
Since the participants have to outdo each other to achieve the best result in today’s challenges, it is prioritized as the overarching theme and what is worked on to achieve a result in just 1.5 hours. We utilize the opportunities within the location in Docken Nordhavn and create a different universe that takes your mind off your daily work.
RESULT
The event at Docken Nordhavn was a great success. The efficient planning and coordination ensured a smooth process for the many participants. The atmosphere was characterized by high energy and commitment, which created a fantastic day. The goal of strengthening collaboration and relationships across DCI was achieved through fun and interactive activities.
