The first 3 months of 2021 has continued to be the strongest seller’s market in the history of Trilogy real estate. Last month I mentioned there were 16 homes on the active market. As of right now (March 23), there are only 3 homes on the active market! The average sales price today in Trilogy is $572k! For comparison, the average sales price in 2020 Q1 was $460k.

BELGIAN WAFFLES WITH SPICED PEAR COMPOTE
INGREDIENTS 1 tbs ½ tsp ¼ tsp 3 large
Unsalted butter Ground ginger Ground cardamom Pears
¼ cup ¼ cup 12-16 1 large
Honey Water Frozen Belgian waffles Grated orange peel
DIRECTIONS Cook butter, grated orange peel, ginger and cardamom in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Stir in pears, honey and water. Cover; cook for 15 minutes. Uncover; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Cook waffles according to package directions. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of warm pear compote over each waffle. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
