2022 TRILOGY MARKET UPDATE - Spring The Trilogy real estate market has been extremely hot the first 2 months of 2022! The market was slowing down towards the end of last year but January hit and Buyers came back in droves! As of late February, there are only 5 homes on the market in Trilogy (normal market has 70 homes active). So far in 2022, the average sales price in Trilogy is $684k, homes are staying on the market for just shy of 30 days, and homes are selling for 1% over asking price, on average. In comparison, I am selling homes in Trilogy for an average of $745,000 this year with an average days on market of 4 days and for 2% over asking price! Talk about getting you a HIGHER PRICE in a SHORTER AMOUNT OF TIME.
