Ground coriander seed

Ground cumin
Chopped cilantro for garnish
DIRECTIONS Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrots and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes. Add coriander, cumin and chili powder; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Add broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until carrots are tender. Transfer mixture to food processor or blender (in batches, if necessary); cover. Process until smooth. Return to saucepan; season with salt and pepper. Reheat if needed. Serve garnished with chopped cilantro.
