Grill Master Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
• 3 pounds chicken wings
• ½ c soy sauce
• ½ c Italian-style salad dressing
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken wings in soy sauce and Italian dressing for 4 hours to overnight.
2. Grill wings over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 25–30 minutes
3. Toss with a spicy butter sauce made from melted butter, hot pepper sauce, and soy sauce. Serve immediately.

Because desert pests are hardy and fast-moving, consider a spring pest control treatment to create a barrier before populations surge. With a few preventive steps in March, you can keep the desert wilderness where it belongs—outside your home— and enjoy the season with fewer surprises skittering across your floors.
