A Stay to Remember
For homesites, there have been 6 closed transactions this season ranging in price from $218,000 to $475,000. Mirabel properties represented 4 of the 6 sellers. There is also 1 homesite pending that will close soon in the high $500’s. Overall, the traffic count of property showings is up significantly over the past several seasons and I wouldn’t be surprised if we get on a bit of a roll here in the last few months and finish with a bang. I can tell you that the overwhelming majority of new prospects looking at Mirabel are very positive about the club’s proposed enhancements and see it as a good sign that the club members are willing to invest in the future of the club amenities. Salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 8 pieces

DIRECTIONS Cut ends from zucchini. With vegetable peeler, cut into long ribbons lengthwise. Thread ingredients onto 8 (10-inch) skewers in any order: 1 piece of salmon, 3 zucchini ribbons, 2 tomatoes, 2 lemon pieces. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent from burning while grilling.) Brush skewers on all sides with pesto. Grill or broil, without turning, for 5 to 8 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
