MARKET WATCH UPDATE

In the lending world we have actually seen some recent easing

of down payment requirements. And that is a good sign. For clients with high credit scores, the 10% down conventional loan program has been revised to 5% minimum down payment. And we still also have 3.5% down payment FHA loans in addition to 0% down VA and USDA loans. In real estate news, we saw a good run up of local home sales through June due in large part to the homebuyer tax credit program deadline. And in continued good news, the average Metro Phoenix
