More and more young Millennials are choosing fur babies before getting married or starting a family. Luckily for them, there are now countless ways to pamper and care for your cats, dogs, and other animals. Pssst! Technology has made ordering these items so much easier…just look at the growth of chewy.com and pet items offered up by Amazon. Individualized subscription boxes for pets are the latest trend in the pet market. For example, Pet Plate offers human-grade pet meals on a subscription basis. These specialized meals come fully prepared, flash frozen, and ready for Fido to feast on some serious almost-home cooking. Subscription boxes are all the rave for humans, so why not pets? BarkBox.com and PupJoy.com both offer monthly subscription boxes filled with treats and toys customized to your dog. There’s also one for cats called KitNipBox.com, where you can have felinefriendly toys and treats delivered to your door monthly. Speaking of cats, the kitty litter box has also been given a redesign. For a modern take on the traditional box, check out the Grand Poo Box, which has a sleek look and a ramp style exit to help remove litter from your cat’s paws after they do their thing. Even more advanced is the self-cleaning Toletta, a kitty litter box that can track your cat’s visits, monitoring for health issues (UTIs), obesity, and even kidney disease. Pardon the classic quip appropriation, but the literary genre of romantic fiction has come into its own and it’s not riding off into the sunset any time soon. What used to be dismissively referred to as bodice rippers is now a $1.08 billion industry and makes up 23% of the whole fiction market. That’s a whole lot of brooding heroes and heaving bosoms! There are two main elements that make the heart of the romance novel beat. A central love story is key, no matter what subplots and struggles the characters must endure. And our swoony protagonists should be rewarded with an emotionally satisfying ending – that golden HEA (happily ever after) – every romance reader craves. According to a 2017 study commissioned by the Romance Writers of America, the typical romance reader is female (82%), and although the average age is between 35 and 39, there is a recent expansion in both the “seasoned” romance market

White wine vinegar
1 tbl
Dijon mustard

Chicken flavor bouillon
6 slices
Canadian bacon
1 tsp
Finely chopped fresh dill
DIRECTIONS Combine media crema, mustard, lemon juice and bouillon in small saucepan. Heat over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Add 1 teaspoon dill; set aside. Fill large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add vinegar and reduce heat until water has no more bubbles. Crack 1 egg into a bowl and carefully slip egg into water. Repeat with remaining eggs. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove eggs from pan and place in a bowl of cold water.

Split and toast English muffins. Spread with a little butter, if desired. Heat large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook Canadian bacon, turning occasionally, until lightly browned. Top each English muffin half with slice of Canadian bacon, egg and about 2 tablespoons sauce. Garnish with fresh dill.
