Jay Pennypacker Jay was raised in Arizona and spent his youth competing nationally as a junior and amateur golfer. After attending the University of Arizona and competing on various pro circuits he earned his membership to the PGA of America. Debbie Negrin Debbie Negrin has been successfully selling luxury properties since 2001.
