REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHS that can get your home SOLD FASTER!
1. Play Hide and Seek...with your stuff. Hide clutter, family photos, personal valuables, booster seats, garbage cans, small kitchen appliances, pool supplies/hoses, etc. 2. You are now a Five Star Hotel... so clean the whole house, replace burnt out light bulbs, open blinds, remove small rugs, make beds, remove used bath towels or mats, buy fresh flowers, etc. 3. Unplug Electronics... turn OFF TV’s, computer screens, ceiling fans, etc. BUT... turn ON all lights. Brighten up! 4. Maximize Curb Appeal... close garage doors, remove cars from driveway and front of the home, remove hoses, toys, add fresh flowers, turn on water features, clean outdoor furniture, etc. 5. Take your Pet for a Ride... Just for photos (and showings). Not everyone loves our furry friends so for photo day hide pet beds, water/food dishes, toys, and lint brush any obvious pet hair.
