Sandra and Barbara are premier real estate brokers who have lived the Ranch lifestyle at Gainey Ranch for the last 30 years, together and individually giving back to the community, setting direction and vision of what a premier community should be.
The achieved goal was to offer a broad range of communities that would all enjoy the same lifestyle amenities of Gainey Ranch. The concept was “Where one lifestyle stops in size and price, the next begins.” By offering everything from condominiums to single family homes, to the large custom estate homes, the buyers would have a nice selection of different product to choose from. Sandra has been on several Gainey Ranch boards over the years ranging from the beautification committees, establishing the buyer enhancement fees, and being on the membership committee of the golf club. Barbara has served as a director on local Gainey Ranch association boards and architectural committees, promoting not only improvements of individual homes, but the wider community as well. Sandra has been instrumental from the first day of Gainey Ranch in setting a premier community brand and vision. Serving as director on excellence committees, Sandra has been instrumental in the revitalization of Gainey Ranch. Both ladies have a love for Gainey Ranch and the lifestyle that it brings to so many of their members and friends.
Meet Barbara Graham Barbara Graham, a native of New York City moved to Scottsdale and Gainey Ranch in 1987. Gainey Ranch was in its infancy at that time but it was obvious that it would develop into a most sought after community as it continued to grow. She owned her own real estate company in Michigan before moving to AZ and now has over 45 years of experience as a real estate broker.
As a resident of Gainey Ranch Barbara started her real estate career in AZ by selling homes in The Greens. 21 homes were available in various stages of completion. After the community was sold out, she joined Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties and worked with Sandra and her team as Designated Broker and Managing Broker for many years. She has been associated with Sandra for 30 years and it has been an incredible journey.
