Equestrian Manor & Paradise Manor My recent closing at 6243 E Cortez sold for $307 per square foot. It’s been almost 3 years since we’ve seen $300 per foot and above sales in Equestrian/Paradise Manor Estates. Look for that trend to continue as inventory remains low, and the economy strengthens. We are a long way from the peak sales above $400 per foot from 2006 through 2008, but as the market continues to strengthen prices will continue to rise.

Perfect Storm Home prices going up, interest rates coming back down, jumbo loan market coming back into play. It seems like all of the pieces are being put together to form a great time for real estate (without getting too crazy). Over the past several months we have seen mortgage rates move up however with the current debt ceiling talks temporarily behind us, we are starting to see mortgage rates move back down. We have also seen a huge comeback in the jumbo market.
