Market conditions in Buenavante area should remain strong in 2014, inventory may increase, and we should see modest increases in prices for the remainder of the year. We will probably start to see the buyers who had foreclosures and short sales start coming out of the woodwork. As loan programs become more favorable for these buyers we will see more and more purchases from this group of buyers. Many have been renting over the past 3 to 6 years and are now becoming eligible to purchase homes once again.
