We were involved in 31 transactions in WR Estates and an additional 104 transactions outside the gates. Our production places us in the Top 1% for real estate sales teams in the United States.
Our team continues to outperform all other real estate groups with the highest volume of sales and number of transactions in WR Estates. We were involved in over 65% of the $68 million in sales in WR Estates during the last 12 months and homes consistently sell at a higher price per square foot with our team. Over the past two decades our team members have been involved in 209 transactions behind the gates of WR Estates! WR Estates Market – LOTS The lot market has jumped significantly during the last year compared to the previous 12 months. 23 lots sold this year versus 4 lot sales last year. The average lot sale price during the last 12 months is $672,133 which is 51% increase over the previous year average of $446,250.

WR Estates – THE VILLAS During the last 12 months we have sold all 9 of The Villas at WR Estates which are built by Platinum Homes and designed by PHX Architecture.
Overall Luxury Market in North Scottsdale When we review the luxury HOME market in North Scottsdale we utilize the 85262 and 85266 zip codes and include homes that closed at $1,000,000 or greater. This market has continued to improve with a whopping 163% increase in sales volume, while the average sales price has increased by 12% during the last 12 months. Overall, 887 homes have sold in the last 12 months compared to 337 sales during the previous 12 months. Average sales price is $1,958,999 this year compared to $1,745,776 last year. Furthermore, the average sale price per square foot has increased by 16% averaging $411 this year compared to $355 last year. As it relates to the ultra luxury market that includes sale prices over $2,500,000, there were 194 sales this year compared to 48 during the previous 12 months; a 304% increase.

The luxury LOT market in North Scottsdale is measured again using the 85262 and 85266 zip codes and includes lots that have closed at $300,000 or greater. Lot pricing and sales volume has exceeded the previous year with 225 lots selling in the last 12 months compared to 83 sales during the previous 12 months; a 171% increase. Average sales price has increased slightly averaging $572,003 this year versus $566,165 last year. As it relates to days on market for luxury lots selling over $300,000, the average this year is 349 days versus 416 days to sell last year.
