PINWHEEL SANDWICHES INGREDIENTS 2 oz 1/2 tsp 2 4 slices
Cream cheese Chicken Flavor Bouillon Whole wheat flour tortillas Deli turkey
1/4 cup 1/4 cup 4 slices
Grated carrots Grated zucchini Red bell pepper
DIRECTIONS Blend cream cheese and bouillon in a small bowl until bouillon is completely dissolved. Spread evenly on each tortilla. Place 2 slices of turkey on each tortilla. Evenly spread the carrots, zucchini and bell pepper on half of the tortilla. Wrap tortillas starting at end where bell pepper is. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Cut pinwheels into one-inch slices and enjoy.
