with others
grounded in our core values Faith
Rooted in the Catholic Tradition and Vincentian Charism, we embrace the critical role of Catholic education in this place and time, and engage our student body wherever they are on the spectrum of belief and practice.
Respect
Ours is an urban school that reflects and engages with the multicultural and socioeconomic diversity of our city, cultivating caring relationships within our campus and neighborhood, and extending to our world.
Excellence
By fostering our unique gifts and challenging ourselves to reach beyond our comfort zones, we develop a sense of confidence, integrity, and high standards that are ultimately expressed in every facet of life.
Service
Rooted in the transformative social service legacy of Saint Vincent de Paul and Saint Louise de Marillac, our experiential service, community engagement, and habits of reflection are integral parts of a formation toward living as a mission-driven adult.
Health
As a Catholic school, our holistic approach teaches us to honor the well-being of heart, mind and body as a gift from God, “fearfully and wonderfully made.”(Psalm 139). This spirit is infused into all that we do at DePaul Prep from the athletics fields and dining hall, to the classroom and chapel.
