WE WEAR THESE BADGES WITH PRIDE M&W Design is a stubbornly sustainable, custom keepsakes and apparel manufacturing company. We design, print, and up-cycle all of our products at our Pennsylvania-based facility. When we say “made in the USA”, we really mean it. Our work is rooted in a deep love for the planet and a lifelong commitment to sustainable living. After years in the scrap metal industry, I saw firsthand the power of recycling and reusing. That experience sparked a mission: to create something meaningful, something that reflects our values and stands the test of time. We’re here to challenge the status quo. People have called us crazy for thinking differently — but that’s exactly how change begins. Sustainability isn’t a trend; it’s a foundation for everything we do. For questions please contact info@mandwdesign.com To place an order please contact orders@mandwdesign.com 4. Credit: We request a Credit Card (AMEX, M/C, VISA, Discover) on first order. Credit information is required to offer open terms to any account. This includes 3 trade references, banking information and signature from the authorized buyer. Our terms are Net 30 unless otherwise approved by management or through an authorized sales promotion. There is a $25.00 service charge imposed on all returned checks. Invoices not paid within terms are subject to a 1½ % per month late fee. Accounts not current will be placed on credit hold and reorders will be delayed. 5. Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse in Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Usual and customary shipping charges may include insurance, processing, and actual shipping costs. We do not ship COD. 6. Delivery: Orders are shipped within 21 business days after receipt. Average shipping cost 10%. 7. Returns/ Cancellations: We accept returns on merchandise that is defective upon receipt if reported within 7 days of the date of delivery. “Damaged in shipping” merchandise or display damage must be reported and photos are necessary so we can make claims with the courier. Contact customer service for a return authorization number (RA#) and write this number on the box. All Products are made to order and not kept in stock. Orders can be canceled 21 days prior to due date but cancellations past 21 days will be charged full invoice amount 8. Discounts/Guarantees: No discounts, guarantee sales or special terms will be allowed except by vendor promotion or authorization of management. 9. Customer Service: We are available Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time. Customer service will assist you with placing orders or answering questions regarding order status and related customer issues.
