In partnership with LeaderShape, the Institute is hosted in a rustic camplike setting, surrounded by Delt brothers. This program focuses on values identification, developing leadership capacity and creating a bold community vision.
The Outward Bound partnership is an experiential education initiative designed to build resilience, leadership, and teamwork skills through challenging outdoor adventures and excursions.
In partnership with the Bunnell Idea Group, the Give to Grow event inspires participants to take charge of their future and aims to foster growth, increase effectiveness, and support longterm career success through genuine relationship building.
COMPASS is growing to include three experiential-based program offerings. These programs, provided through world-class partnerships, offer a wide range of experiences for all learning styles and knowledge levels.
