Greetings and Welcome to the Hive! Danielle L. Archambault, Ed.D. ACUE - Associate Vice President Dear Hornet Families: I am both honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Associate Vice President of Student Success. As I step into this new role for this academic year, I want to express my enthusiasm about leading the Student Success team and to share a bit about my vision and approach. I am genuinely thrilled to be here. DSU has an outstanding reputation for innovation, dedication, and excellence. These are values that deeply resonate with me, and I am eager to contribute to our students’ academic and professional successes. My career journey has provided me with diverse experiences in higher education, and I am passionate about my role at DSU. My focus will be on improving the student customer service experience and providing a welcoming workplace culture in pursuit of our ultimate goal for students - a path to successful degree completion and graduation. I am committed to working closely with students, faculty, staff, and external partners to achieve student success and drive positive change on our campuses. I believe that open communication and collaboration are crucial for student success. I encourage you to share your thoughts, ideas, and feedback as we navigate this exciting chapter together.
