Delone Catholic High School educates and challenges students spiritually, academically, physically, socially and aesthetically within the traditions and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. This challenge will inspire students to encounter Jesus Christ personally and to “Be Doers of the Word” (James 1:22).

To our fellow Squires, families, and friends,
When we set out to draft the Timeless Excellence strategic plan, we knew it couldn't be a solitary effort. To truly capture the spirit of Delone Catholic, we had to look beyond the bricks and mortar of South Street and into the hearts of the people who make this institution a home. This plan is the result of a deliberate, community-wide pilgrimage—one that reflects our shared commitment to leading, living, and learning in the light of the Gospel.
From our very first listening session, it was clear that the “Spirit of a Squire” is as bold and resilient as ever. This roadmap wasn't drawn by a few; it was etched by many. We are deeply grateful for the diverse voices that joined us at the table:
Ū Alumni & friends whose wisdom ensures we remain anchored in our storied traditions.
Ū Current students who challenged us to innovate and prepare them for a changing world.
Ū Faculty and staff whose daily dedication to our mission provided the practical blueprint for growth.
Ū Pastors and Parishes who helped us fortify the spiritual foundation that makes a Delone Catholic education unique.
In the spirit of a true Squire, we approach the future with a “sword in one hand and a trowel in the other"”—ready to defend the values we hold dear while building the infrastructure for tomorrow. Timeless Excellence is our collective vow to ensure that the excellence of a Delone Catholic education remains accessible, vibrant, and Christ-centered for generations of Squires yet to come.
Thank you for answering the call. We didn't just build a plan together; we reaffirmed our identity as one Squire family.
In partnership and faith, The Timeless Excellence Steering Committee
