We have several stunning spaces to choose from, including the historic splendour of our Library, which offers stunning views of the Abbey’s grounds and is a popular choice for ceremonies.

You can also choose the romance of our Salon, Drawing Room or grand Dining Room and enjoy everything in one place, from your ceremony and breakfast, right through to an evening reception complete with a mouth-watering menu courtesy of our award-winning catering team and head chef.

OutdoorWeddings

Our outdoor wedding license means our Walled Garden is now a popular choice for weddings at Delapré Abbey. This beautiful, enclosed space includes a large kitchen garden bursting with seasonal fruit and flowers, a network of paths, topiary and listed sculptures. Here, we host small ceremonies in our ‘thatched larder’ as well as using the whole space to hold humanist ceremonies for up to 100 guests.

The Abbey also boasts rolling parkland, a large lawn stretching across the south front, tree avenues and beautiful glass houses, perfect for making lasting memories. Here, with marquees on the South Lawn, we can accommodate weddings for up to 500 guests – with stunning scenery that proves perfect for capturing the wedding magic.
