Antike Romane, bis in die 1980er Jahre von der Altphilologie kaum beachtet, gehören heute innerhalb der fiktionalen griechischrömischen Literatur zu den meistuntersuchten und einen weiten Rezipientenkreis ansprechenden Texten. Größte Beachtung wird außer den römischen Romanen von Petron und Apuleius den fünf griechischen Liebesromanen geschenkt. Sie liegen alle in verschiedenen Sprachen in Bilinguen vor, auf Deutsch dagegen nur in drei von ihnen.

Jeder der fünf Texte hat seine narratologische Besonderheit. Xenophon geht in seinen Ephesiaka virtuos mit einer sehr spannenden dreisträngigen Handlung um und sichert die Möglichkeit mündlichen Vortrags durch oft wiederholte formelhafte Wendungen wie „Als es Tag wurde…“; er steht damit wie Homer in Ilias und Odyssee in der Tradition der oral poetry („Als die Morgenröte mit rosigen Fingern erwachte“). Beide Spezika haben Xenophon schon zu Beginn der Neuzeit, als das Genre sich in Europa etablierte, für Romanciers interessant gemacht, und heute wird er auf der Basis der modernen Literaturtheorie analysiert. Es gibt sogar eine der Textsorte gewidmete Zeitschrift: Ancient Narrative. Da die Kenntnis der alten Sprachen stetig zurückgeht, ist die Bilingue des Romans ein Desiderat.

Literarische Programme und Manifeste bildeten eine theoretische Grundlage für ihr Projekt. In belletristischen Texten wurde das in den Manifesten Proklamierte umgesetzt. In Übersetzungen und Übersetzungskritik wurden Kulturbegegnung, Differenz und Heterogenität reflektiert.

Trotz vom Staat erzwungener Loyalitätsbekundungen blieb die jiddisch-sowjetische Kultur der 1920er Jahre in ihrem Anspruch authentisch, in ihrer Gestalt heterogen und in ihrem Wesen transnational. Damit widerspricht der Band dem vermeintlich homogenen Bild einer sowjetisierten jiddischsprachigen Kultur.

Er untersucht erstmals umfassend, am Beispiel Baden-Württembergs, wie Sinti und Roma in der Bundesrepublik entschädigt wurden. Dabei ergibt sich ein weitaus differenzierteres Bild als bisher. Die große Mehrheit der antragstellenden Sinti und Roma hat Zahlungen erhalten, die oft durchaus substanziell waren.

Rauschenberger ordnet die Verfahren in ihre administrativen Kontexte ein und entwirft eine exemplarische Mikrogeschichte der südwestdeutschen Entschädigungsverwaltung. Sie legt das komplexe Geflecht menschlicher Interaktion zwischen Sachbearbeitern, Antragstellenden, Rechtsanwälten und anderen Akteuren offen, die das Entschädigungsverfahren zur „Kontaktzone“ machte. They enable a reflection upon structural racism not through an attempted visualization of invisible structures but through affects of Unbehagen, allowing for an audiovisual experience that reflects upon issues of framing the in/visible.

Thus knowledge from Algebra and Discrete Mathematics becomes more and more useful in this area. We will consider a particular set of graphs, the socalled input-output graphs and a particular set of matrices, the input-output matrices, define a partial binary operation on each of these sets and prove that we obtain weakly isomorphic weakly partial semigroups. The result of considering this situation can be applied to multiple-step production processes, to material reqirements planning and to internal cost allocation of a business. The results show that Algebra and Discrete Mathematics are quite useful for mathematical modeling in Economy.
