We had an incredible evening at the BBSA Excellence Awards!
It was a proud moment for us as a team to both be a key sponsor and attend this year ’ s event in the Midland Hotel, Manchester.
With over 240 guests in attendance, the night was filled with celebration and connection, as 13 awards were presented to honour the achievements of BBSA Members across the UK and Ireland.
80% of bonus measured against company metrics.

All metrics, execpt for revenue will be measured monthly and rewards amounts banked each quarter.
Quarters 1-3 will be paid the week before Christmas.
Quarter 4 bonus and revenue bonus will be paid the last Friday in February.
