Colossal Cupcake Pull-Apart

Purpose: To create seasonal inspired Colossal Cupcake, Pull-Apart


Tools Colossal Cupcake (white or Chocolate), Icing (Buttercream or Whippy Icing), Pastry bags, Large Cupcake Tips, Decopac Sprinkles, 9-Inch Gold Board, Double Layer Cake Dome

All Tools, Equipment, & Products






1)Colossal Cupcake (white or Chocolate), Icing (Buttercream or Whippy Icing), Pastry bags, Large Cupcake Tips, Decopac Sprinkles, 9-Inch Gold Board, Double Layer Cake Dome
Arrange Cupcakes on Gold Board
1)Place single colossal cupcake in the middle of gold board.
2)Place 8 cupcakes around the colossal cupcake.
3)Pipe a small dollop of icing to the bottom of the cupcakes to keep them from sliding in the packaging.
Pipe cupcakes with Icing
1)With large cupcake tips and icing, pipe swirls of icing on to each of the cupcakes and colossal cupcake.
Finish decorating cupcakes
1)Add any sprinkles and deco rings and layons to the tops of the cupcakes.
Package and Label
1)Place completed pull-apart in double layer cake dome.
2)Print and attach scale label to the back of the cake dome.
3)Place cake icing sticker to the front of the cake.
4)Place CREATED FOR YOU sticker with decorator’s name to the front of the cake.
Merchandising
1)Merchandise the pull-apart on the Seasonal table or the popup seasonal pop up table.
