Parent Portal Account Setup Guide
Check you have received your welcome email from school. If you haven’t, please check in your junk/spam folders. If not please contact our IT helpdesk at: IThelpdesk@dscf.org.uk

Click the link in your welcome email to access the Parent Portal.
Click on the Log in link which is at the top of the Parent Portal page as shown below.

• Click on the “Create an account” link.
Enter your portal access code and access password which you have been provided with in your welcome email.
Please make sure if you are copying/pasting these details from the email to the registration page, that you don’t copy any blank spaces at either side of your codes.

Enter your details as required. Please use the email address you have registered with the School. Please also check that your password meets the requirements as displayed at the bottom of this page.

• Finally, click on the blue register button. If you see the error message below, then the email address entered is different from the one we hold for you in School. Please use the email address we hold for you and click register again.
If you receive the green message below, then you can now proceed to the next stage. An email will be sent to you.
You will receive the following email which allows you to verify your email address as the final step in the process. Please note that the verification link will only be valid for 7 days after registering your account.
• Click the blue link next to the text “Verify E-Mail Address”. • •
Confirmation is then shown that your account is full activated.
Your account is ready to use, and you can simply click on thelink above.
