This project features new construction of a 3-story, 104,000 sq. ft. orthopedic surgery center with both inpatient and outpatient suites. Scope includes 22+ exam rooms, 2 radiography rooms, a rehab gym, cafe, and ambulatory surgical center, along with patient support spaces and administration offices for staff and medical providers.

DeAngelis Diamond is proud to partner with NCH Baker Hospital on construction of the new Heart, Vascular, and Stroke Institute (HVSI) at the Downtown Campus. The five-story, 199,000 sq. ft. addition connects directly to the existing hospital and includes a new four-level parking structure with a pedestrian bridge spanning 7th Street North, bringing state-of-the-art cardiac, vascular, and stroke care to the Naples community.

SARASOTA MEMORIAL THE CORNELL FAMILY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PAVILION | SARASOTA, FL 95,600 sq. ft., 3-story ground-up construction of a behavioral health treatment hospital. The facility offers a full array of outpatient and inpatient care, including counseling services, a 24-hour assessment center, and an ECT suite. Key project features included private patient rooms for pediatric, adult, and acute care.

A new two-story, 60,000 sq. ft. Ambulatory Surgery Center located on an existing medical campus. The first floor houses eight fully equipped operating rooms, along with associated support spaces and patient recovery areas. The second floor is delivered as shell space, reserved for future expansion based on the facility’s evolving needs.

105,000 sq. ft., 110-bed tertiary-care hospital and a Center of Excellence in cardiac surgery, cardiology, and orthopedics. Health City was the first project of its size on the island, completed on an aggressive 12-month construction schedule. Over the next decade, the hospital plans to expand to a 2,000-bed facility.
