This project consisted of nearly 9,000 sq. ft. of new interior tenant improvement featuring a reception area, offices, conference rooms, and abreak rooms with upscale finishes.

This tenant improvement consists of 4500 sq. ft. of commercial office space. The modernized renovation features 4 conference rooms, 4 private offices, and 2 large open workspaces.

This tenant improvement project involved the renovation of an existing office space. The project spans four business suites and focuses on enhancing both functionality and aesthetics to create a sophisticated and welcoming environment for clients and employees.

A legal office build-out designed to support a modern, client-focused practice. The space features dedicated attorney offices, collaborative work areas, conference rooms, and upgraded finishes that reflect the firm’s professional identity while enhancing workflow efficiency and client experience.

4501 LOBBY REMODEL

NAPLES, FL

This project features 2,268 sq. ft. of interior renovation to the existing lobby space, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection.

APEX BRAIN & SPINE

NAPLES, FL

The Apex Brain and Spine project is an interior build-out renovation aimed at updating the space for the owner/tenant. New carpet and paint finishes will be added to give an updated, modern feel to the entire office space. Stateof-the-art lead lined drywall and door(s) will be installed to future exam rooms to prevent radiation from escaping into the main building during use.

ALLIANT INSURANCE SERVICES

NAPLES, FL

The Alliant 602 & 606 project featured renovation work aimed at upgrading existing finishes for a business office. Modern and spacious, the new Alliant office supports staff with collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, and private offices. Glass partitions, deep blue accent walls, and light wood fixtures give the space a more high-end look intended to impress incoming clients and business partners.

COMMERCE TRUST

ORLANDO, FL

Renovating 8,788 sq. ft. of office space for futureCommerce Trust tenant. With upgraded finishes this new office will impress both staff and clients. A new, modern reception area will greet incomers as they come in, offering a relaxing seating space as they wait. Private offices and conference rooms are designed to give ample room for staff to work and come together for collaboration. A separated break room gives employees of Commerce Trust a place to relax and step away from their desks. The new office will also include plenty of storage and an IT closet to house equipment for digital security and storage.

AMAVIDA MEMORY CARE

NAPLES, FL

The Amavida Memory Care Enhancements project focused on upgrading the technology of their doors. State-of-the-art card readers and magnetic delay-egress locks featured in the installation of a new wall and door to support the need for safety and security in Amavida’s Memory Care unit.

HODGES BROTHER FAMILY OFFICE

NAPLES, FL

The Hodges Brother Family Office is a tenant improvement project featuring 2,019 sq. ft. of renovation work. The dated fixtures from the previous tenant were cleared to make room for new, modern partitions and office spaces. Electrical work and the existing fire alarm and sprinkler system was improved upon to prepare the office space for the new tenant.

HEALTHCARE NETWORK WILLOW PARK

NAPLES, FL

Complete renovation of a two-story office building to become the new corporate headquarters for the Healthcare Network. Scope included demolition of existing interior walls and finishes, then construction of a new floor plan with all new finishes. Highlights include all new offices, open working spaces, and state of the art executive board room.

WARREN RESTAURANT

NAPLES, FL

The ultra-modern and exclusive Warren American Whiskey Kitchen is the anchor restaurant for The Collective. This build-out features a scratch kitchen with a world-class whiskey collection. Within the 5,792 sq. ft. members will find a spacious, interior lounge area with mid-century modern touches and a luxury bartop.

MAGNOLIA BREAST CENTER

A thoughtfully designed medical build-out tailored to support comprehensive breast health services. The space incorporates private consultation rooms, advanced imaging suites, patient-centered waiting areas, and modern clinical workspaces, all crafted to enhance comfort, efficiency, and quality of care.

TERRACAP

NAPLES, FL

Comprehensive tenant improvement for TerraCap Management’s space, which included the demolition of the existing space to make way for a modern and functional layout. The installation of new firewalls and partitions, along with a new ceiling grid and tile, helped create separate zones while maintaining a sense of openness. The addition of new casework, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), interior glass, and doors enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the space, providing a contemporary and professional environment that is sure to impress.

URBAN MEDITATION

NAPLES, FL

Urban Meditation is a luxury retailer selling products prompting relaxation and meditation. Their new 1,035 sq. ft. storefront in Downtown Naples focuses on ultra-modern finishes with white cabinetry, contrasting dark walls, and interior lighting fixtures placed inside countertops. Their relaxation ideology is highlighted by the project’s two large sauna rooms with hot rock tables for relaxing meditation sessions.

Tenant improvement for Welsh Commercial Real Estate. Included a demo of existing space, installation of new firewalls and partitions, new lights, new diffusers, new ACT, revised sprinkler system, new fire alarm, new doors, paint and wallpaper finishing the walls, and new flooring.

In this standout tenant improvement project for Welsh Commercial Real Estate, every detail was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed, from the initial demo of the existing space to the installation of brandnew firewalls and partitions, along with new lighting, diffusers, and an updated sprinkler system that ensures the utmost in safety and protection. The new fire alarm and doors add an extra layer of security and convenience, while the perfectly finished walls and flooring provide the perfect backdrop for a stylish and functional workspace that is sure to impress both employees and visitors alike.

This impressive tenant improvement project undertaken for Welsh Commercial Real Estate involved an extensive overhaul of the existing space, complete with the removal of walls and the installation of new firewalls and partitions. Renovation of outdoor fireplace area at the Talis Park Clubhouse. Includes the addition of a new bar, LED lit stone counter tops, modern finishes, and new awnings.

The project consisted of a 2,250 sq. ft. addition and improvement to the existing clubhouse at the Pelican Marsh Community Center. The expansion introduced a new outdoor bar and seating area designed to enhance the community’s social and recreational amenities. Interior work was limited to upgrades within the existing kitchen to support the expanded service needs. As part of the overall improvement effort, the addition and the immediately affected portion of the existing building were also re-roofed, ensuring a cohesive and updated exterior.

ASSURED PARTNERS HEADQUARTERS

ORLANDO, FL

Prepare to be impressed by the stunning interior renovation of the 4th and 5th floors of the CNL Tower I in Downtown Orlando. The construction work is extensive, featuring a brandnew connected staircase that gracefully unites the two floors, and a gorgeous glazing system that bathes private offices and conference rooms in natural light. Along with the new coffee bar, café, breakrooms, and workstations, you’ll find an inviting elevator lobby on the 4th floor that adds a touch of elegance to the space.

VENTUREX

The Lutgert Professional Center is a unique, sustainable luxury office in the heart of Naples. Designed to bring the outdoors in with natural light and expansive views of the coastal skyline, this building utilizes an innovative, modern design to create a place where people love coming to work every day.

Venture X occupies the 30,000 sq. ft. top level. Its mission is to provide high-quality, flexible spaces to business professionals allowing our members to grow their companies and exceed their business goals. Venture X provides a unique set of amenities and benefits that support business growth and professional development. DeAngelis Diamond managed the construction of the entire 60,000 sq. ft. project including the Venture X build-out.

NEOGENOMICS HEADQUARTERS INTERIOR BUILD-OUT

FORT MYERS, FL

NeoGenomics is a premier cancer diagnostic, pharma services, and information services company serving oncologists, pathologists, pharmaceutical companies, and academic centers in their pursuit of providing better futures for people living with cancer. DeAngelis Diamond was hired to build the NeoGenomics Headquarters. The project consisted of constructing three separate buildings including their 75,000 sq.ft. office building. The value of the office build out was over $9.4 million dollars with state-of-the-art technology and high-end finishes. Some of the components of the office building include multiple conference and meeting spaces, training rooms, media center, kitchen & break room, a grand staircase, and spacious reception area.

CHURCH OF THE CITY - THIRD FLOOR RENOVATION

FRANKLIN, TN

This project features a comprehensive overhaul of the current third-floor interior, which entails the demolition of the existing layout and the creation of a modern, dynamic office space.

One of the key features of this renovation was the installation of new windows, which allows natural light to flood into the space, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere. In addition to enhancing the visual appeal of the space, the natural light also has positive effects on employee productivity, mood, and overall well-being.

Another crucial aspect of the renovation was the creation of large, open collaborative spaces that encourage teamwork, communication, and creativity among team members. These areas were designed to promote brainstorming, group meetings, and informal gatherings, and are equipped with the latest technology and ergonomic furnishings to ensure optimal comfort and functionality.

ARTHREX, INC. GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS

INTERIOR BUILD-OUT

NAPLES, FL

The Arthrex, Inc. Global Headquarters project includes the interior build-out of the 260,000 sq. ft. administration building. The interior office build-out includes executive conference rooms, small huddle rooms, private offices with glass wall systems, and open office areas. Multiple cafes are included through the space along with large training rooms. The build-out includes state-of-the-art technology throughout and included 6-levels of the administration building. The high-end lobby includes special acoustical plaster for sound dampening.
