SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We offer free delivery within the NYC and Washington, DC metro areas.

Delivery Schedule:

In New York/Manhattan, office deliveries take place on Tuesdays, home deliveries are made on Wednesdays, and all deliveries are available on Fridays For locations outside of New York/Manhattan, deliveries are scheduled for Mondays ‐please contact your sales representative for specific details. In Washington, DC, all deliveries are made on Thursdays

Important:

• In order to receive your Bounded Warehouse deliveries on any of these days, we need your “Approvals for Merchandise release” emailed to us no later than 10:30 am the day before.

NOTICE

•Any shortages or breakage must be noted on the delivery document and signed by both your representative and our driver. On the delivery document, we need to have the name of the person accepting the delivery (printed clearly), as well as their signature and the case count You will be responsible for payment in full when the document is signed. Refusal of a clear signature will result in cancellation of the delivery.

•Please note that all products requiring exchange must be cleared on a new clearance form. We want to remind you that delivery can be made only for merchandise that has been cleared on a clearance form by the US Department of State, Office of Foreign Missions. It is important to understand that we can deliver exclusively to the address that is listed on the customs clearance form. If you prefer us to leave your merchandise with your doorman, we require an authorization letter.

Delivery is free for all other US based Consulates during regularly scheduled deliveries.
