Our mission at Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation is to connect wine enthusiasts to raise money benefiting children in need in Northwest Florida.

Founded in 2005, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF) has donated over $38 million to Northwest Florida charities through hosting world class wine and culinary events. These funds have impacted the lives of over 100,000 youth, including those afflicted by health issues and abuse.

2026 DESTIN CHARITY WINE AUCTION

CHARLES ANTIN

Charles Antin is an international Benefit Auctioneer and Fundraising Consultant. In addition to performing over 75 auctions internationally in 2019, he was one of the first to pivot to “virtual auctioneering” in 2020 and 2021. Charles is also Head of Wine Auction Sales at Zachys where he was responsible for the consignment of over $17 million in fine wine in New York, London, and Hong Kong in 2021. Prior to Zachys, he was both a Commercial Auctioneer and Charity Auctioneer at Christie’s for nearly a decade.

Charles has auctioneered hundreds of benefits over the past decade including Premiere Napa Valley, The Nashville Wine Auction, Camillus House Wine Auction, Family House’s Cabernet for Connoisseurs, and more. At Christie’s, he was the youngest licensed auctioneer in the Rockefeller Center offices and manned the rostrum for the sale of thousands of lots comprised of wine, watches, Post War and contemporary art, Asian art, and single-owner collections.

Charles holds a Masters in Fine Arts in Fiction from New York University, a commercial pilot’s license, and his essays and fiction have appeared in Food & Wine, the New York Times, the VQR, and elsewhere.

ENDOWMENT

Over the past two decades, the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has grown from a small group of wine-loving friends with a shared purpose into one of the most respected and impactful nonprofit organizations in our region. Together, we have raised more than $38 million for children in need across Northwest Florida—a testament to the generosity, trust, and vision of this incredible community.

In 2017, DCWAF launched the Legacy Society; a fundraising branch focused on the Foundation’s long term growth and sustainability. All contributions to the Legacy Society are placed in a dedicated reserve fund that is thoughtfully invested and carefully overseen by a special committee of DCWAF board members. Our long-term vision is to build this fund to a level that allows us to guarantee that every penny raised by DCWAF events can go directly to the children we serve.

Looking ahead to the coming year, the Legacy Society is expanding beyond promissory gifts. We believe creating a legacy for children along the Emerald Coast is critical to solidifying a better tomorrow.

The window is now open for those wishing to become founding members of Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation’s endowment. Our newly established development team offers a wide range of resources and opportunities designed to meet the needs of all who wish to leave their mark. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE & INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS

AUCTION PROCEDURES

• Neither the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation nor Charles Antin (“The Auctioneer”) are responsible for the accuracy of the descriptions of the auction lots contained in the catalog. The descriptions incorporate, in some instances, materials or descriptions furnished by donors. Prospective bidders should inspect lots prior to bidding and make their own judgement regarding the quality and value of such lots.

• Any trips or events comprising all or part of an auction lot shall, unless otherwise specified in the catalog description, be subject to convenient scheduling by the lot donors and the successful bidder. In addition, unless otherwise specified, purchasers of events are expected to schedule the event to occur within 12 months of the Auction. Please be aware that some trips and events are date specific and cannot be rescheduled. Purchasers may not transfer or resell trip or event lots.

• All wine is sold on an “as-is” basis, and neither the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation nor The Auctioneer make any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to any property included in an Auction Lot.

• The Auctioneer shall have the absolute right to withdraw any auction lot, reject any auction bid, resolve any dispute with reference to any auction lot or any bid on any auction lot at any time before the fall of the hammer. No bid is valid unless acknowledged as such by The Auctioneer.

• Bidding on silent, super silent, and cellar auction lots will be available April 24-26, 2026 and shall conclude at the designated time of 12:00 PM Central Time on Sunday, April 26, 2026 through mobile bidding software program, GiveSmart. Bidding on live auction lots will be available April 25 in person only.

• Any property may be withdrawn by The Auctioneer or the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation at any time before the actual sale without any liability, therefore.

• The Auctioneer and the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by The Auctioneers shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, The Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation’s records shall be conclusive in all respects.

AUCTION LOT PAYMENT

All payments for auction lots shall be made to Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation or “DCWAF.” Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation is classified as a tax-exempt corporation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Bidders may be entitled to deduct a portion of their payments for auction lots as a charitable contribution, but each bidder should consult her or his attorney or tax advisor regarding such deductibility for state or federal income tax purposes. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation will provide documentation as required by law following the auction.

SPLITTING OR SHARING LOTS

• You must notify Karah Young (karah@ dcwaf.org) of your intention to split a lot within 24 hours following the closing of the auction on Sunday, April 26, 2026 before retaining sole responsibility for payments.

UPGRADES

• Some lot accomodations may be eligible for upgrades at the winner’s expense. These upgrades are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

• A 4% transaction fee is added to all purchases. If you wish to pay via check or ACH, a 4% discount will be issued.

• Full payment is required prior to the removal of any lot. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express, as well as a variety of stock options. Please consult your financial advisor to facilitate the donation of a stock transaction.

• Paying by check or ACH: If you wish to pay via check or ACH, you must notify Karah Young (karah@dcwaf.org) within 24 hours following the closing of the auction on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Checks must be made out to Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation or DCWAF. All checks must be received by Friday, May 1, 2026. If no payment has been submitted your credit card on file will be charged.

• Paying by card: Bidders have the option to “self-check-out” via GiveSmart mobile bidding platform. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. All cards will be charged on Friday, May 1, 2026. if payment has not been submitted. All bidders must have a valid credit card on file on GiveSmart in order to bid.

LOT REMOVAL AND SHIPMENT

• Successful bidders may choose, following payment, to arrange a pickup from Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation offices located at 600 Grand Boulevard, Suite 206, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 beginning on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 by appointment only. No lot may be redeemed without payment.

• Shipping of auction lots is available to a limited number of states. Expenses for shipping are at the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please note that due to shipping regulations at the federal level, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation can only ship alcohol to the following states: California, Florida, Washington DC, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation is not responsible for the removal or transport of lots that cannot be shipped.

• Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation will bear no responsibility for any lot, comprised of physical items, certificates or both that has been taken possession of and removed from the auction premises by the buyer or in the case of shared lots, by the principal buyer or their designee.

• Auction lots not picked up and left in the care of Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation revert to the Foundation after 12 months from auction date and will be used in a manner at the sole discretion of Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation.

The Ellison McCraney Ingram Foundation was created to honor the memory of Ellison McCraney Ingram, the nine-year-old son of long-time DCWAF supporters, Doug and Merrisa Ingram. Working together with Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, a scholarship fund named in his memory has been established, and each year, scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who have benefited from one of DCWAF’s 16 partner charities throughout their lifetime.

This past year, thanks to the generosity of the DCWAF, Ellison’s foundation awarded five scholarships totaling $200,000 to children in need.

Ellison, like his parents, had a heart for charity. The money he was saving for a donation to a children’s charity was the first donation made to this scholarship fund that now continues his legacy.

Children’s Home Society of Florida

Children’s Home Society of Florida received $150,000 to expand their community resources within the school system that provide critical services ranging from tutoring to medical and behavioral health care to help eliminate barriers to care for school age children in need in Northwest Florida.

Children in Crisis, Inc.

Children in Crisis received $225,000 to fund the facilitation of housing for abused, neglected, and abandoned children. On-site housing provides stability, shelter, house parents, food, clothing, and necessary items to help children live a safe and healthy lifestyle.

Children’s Volunteer Health Network

Children’s Volunteer Health Network received $175,000 to fund and serve underinsured and uninsured children in need of dental care. These funds will allow for staff, supplies, and maintenance for the Mobile Dental Clinic to assist children in need with the most basic dental care to more advanced care.

Ellison McCraney Ingram Foundation

Ellison McCraney Ingram Foundation received $200,000 to fund scholarships for teens that have received help from at least one DCWAF charity partner in their lifetime.

Emerald Coast Autism Center

Emerald Coast Autism Center received $200,000 to support the ECAC Phase II Learning Center Capital Campaign which provides space for teens entering the Transition to Work program and in turn allows the Autism Center more space on their primary campus to serve young children on the spectrum in need of behavioral therapy.

Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center

Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center received $225,000 to support mental health therapy programs, the case advocacy program that facilitates a child-friendly atmosphere offering counseling, family services, and coordination of investigations for child abuse and neglect, and the CARES prevention program that educates and empowers students and adults with information and strategies to prevent, recognize, and respond appropriately to all types of child abuse and exploitation.

Habitat for Humanity of Walton County

Habitat for Humanity of Walton County received $275,000 to fund three new homes for families in Walton County, providing safe and secure housing in perpetuity for the children of the recipient families.

Mental Health Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties

Mental Health Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties received $137,000 to fund the Brain Health Program geared toward early identification, assessment, and treatment for uninsured students ages 12 to 21 who experience mental health or substance abuse issues.

Northwest Florida Guardian ad Litem

Guardian ad Litem is the first recipient of DCWAF’s Small Grant Program, projected to receive funds to provide for the needs of abused, abandoned, and neglected children within the Guardian ad Litem program.

Opportunity Place, Inc.

Opportunity Place, Inc. received $175,000 to fund immediate housing for homeless children and their families to ensure they are safe and secure. These funds will facilitate a variety of child services including childcentered case management support, a literacy program, shelter services, child and family assistance, and enrichment activities.

Point Washington Medical Clinic

Point Washington Medical Clinic received $150,000 to fund essential pediatric medications, family nutrition programmings, and the educational play area within their facility designed to provide free medical care, education, and resources to uninsured families.

Westonwood Ranch

Westonwood Ranch received $175,000 for scholarships for individuals with developmental differences as well as providing transportation support for students who live in Okaloosa and Walton Counties to make their program accessible and reduce transportation barriers.

Youth Village
